Hate to say it to you but you will never get your money.. i have 10k in my account with them for over a year you wil never get it.. very sorry but i wouldnt put any energy in it

another idiot here. Are there any recent examples at all of people getting paid a withdrawal? Have deslpsited a fair few hundred and have a pending withdrawal of about 50% of that full amount. After reading all these comments I’m expecting nothing but interested to know if they pay anyone out at all. Cheers

Hello, I would say that players are not getting money rather than they are. At least at least from what I see in the complaints, the casino doesn't even cooperate with us and doesn't try to answer and resolve situations. If you read the other posts, you'd probably get to the same result, so I don't want to be negative, but I'm inclined to think it won't end well. 

Anyway, did you check the casino review before you played there? It has a pretty low safety index on our site, which I would say might be a sign for you not to play there.

of course I didn’t check before, otherwise I wouldn’t have played. I’ve actually called my bank and fully made them aware. These scammers actually set up recurring payments instead of one of deposits and were clearly preparing to scam me further. I have blocked this card and instructed the bank to seek charge backs and I was 100% transparent with the website - they are showing up as either African retailers or Cyprus retailers, lol. To anyone else waiting on withdrawals from them, I strongly advise you to block your cards asap, they will be looking to scam you further. Also, I notice a few of you were advised by this casino to submit your details through again for a "faster withdrawal" - feels like a textbook scam to get all your card details and Rob you even more. Cut your losses now, block your cards and report, in the meantime while you bank investigates, you can still feel hopeful of getting your withdrawal but highly unlikely. It is a very convincing website and their software is pretty good, that’s why you will be feeling hopeful, but please don’t fuck yourselves any further, cancel those cards you deposited with - because like I said, you will still receive the withdrawal if you’re one of the rare lucky ones.

I understand, as far as chargebacks are concerned, you can close the door on playing in casinos. It doesn't have to be like that everywhere, but it can be a problem somewhere. On the other hand, if there was no other way to get your money back, that's probably the last resort I would take.

So if you go for it, feel free to tell me what the result was.

Hi deposited a total of £1400 in this casino on January 18-21st and withdrew £3500 with no bonuses or any promotions. I withdrew on 22nd January and now keep getting the same nonsense excuses from them, keep blocking me from the chats for asking where my money is. Complete scam. its been 48 days today and not even a sniff of me getting my money back. Not sure what to do now
