No the bonus conditions changed and since I won the money they've changed again because I have to accept new terms and conditions before I can even log back into my account. I can't help but feel something changed because I won the money and they're finding a way to not pay me

I read your complaint again and I feel that there was a kind of misunderstanding about acquiring the gaming history. Kristina waited for the confirmation that you asked the casino to provide it, and the moment you wrote that the casino ignores you, you also mentioned that you were seeking help elsewhere.

From my point of view, it will be best if you ask the complaint to be reopened and state the reason that the casino keeps ignoring you, so you have no chance to acquire the gaming history. Hence you ask us to contact the casino on your behalf.

I believe that your case is worth checking, and we are not fond of closing complaints without even trying to move forward.

A mais de 15 dias estou tentando sacar o que ganhei no mega Casino era 1800 não pagaram diminui pra 1300 depois de muita brigas com eles enviando documentos tudo de novo conta mandaram email dizendo que estava tudo ok

Que nessa segunda feira dia 27/02/2023 cairia o saque na conta não caiu nada aí disseram que a conta estava errada sendo que uns dias atrás eles mesmos enviaram um e-mail dizendo que estava tudo ok que o saque estava em andamento tenho os e-mails quero deixar o alerta mega Casino e um farça golpistas

Mandaram outro email dizendo que a conta está errada como se ficaram mais de 15 dias depois eles mesmos enviaram um e-mail dizendo que estava tudo ok minha opinião todos golpistas e a única palavra que tenho pra resumir esse Casino mal caráter

I noticed you addressed about ten players with this friendly recommendation. Pardon my manners, but could you support it with a screenshot showing your successful withdrawals?

You know, gambling is a very competitive industry, and even though I have no reason not to believe you, I prefer to be straight. Players usually don't act like this, so your cooperation is appreciated.

The last time I saw such a high level of quite similar engagement, no screenshots were provided.

Try to check your email and the spam folder as well if you have received any messages from the casino, and let us know, please. Sometimes this kind of email can end up in spam, that's why.

Good luck they are a scam. Ripped me off over $10k. After I won I couldn't log back in and then when I was able to I had to accept new terms and conditions. They did something shady to me don't trust them
