No never, the option has now gone where you can select crypto or bank transfer. Mine only allows me to Withdraw Account and I'm not pressing that until I know what happens after I select that.

Have you got it yet? Received mines back to my account this morning. 7.8k so I just gambled it till nothing left. I’d rather have no hope than to have hope for nothing. Took it up to 18k and just ran it till it was empty. They can fcuk themselves. No more online gambling for me. That money was gonna help me fix my car and take the family on a holiday.

Well, I'm sorry you decided to lose it all in the end. I'm sure you would have used the money and I feel really bad if it turned out like this. I thought you'd file a complaint and at the very least if the casino hadn't resolved anything and gotten back to you, the safety index would have dropped.

They fixed the bank details last night, I was able to re withdraw. I was told via chat that the withdrawals would take 48 hours and that these payments are a priority. Now let's see what happens.

It took longer but in the end it is always the most important that you got the money. I would also be pleased if other players also manage to get funds and your case would give me some hope.
However, I suppose you probably won't play in the casino anymore and you'd rather avoid it if it wasn't the easiest to get a withdrawal here, or am I wrong ? 🙂

So it looks like the casino will eventually manage to pay the players, although a month to wait for money would be too much for me. Anyway, as I mentioned in my previous reply, the most important thing is that eventually the players will get their funds, but I believe that not everyone has the patience to wait that long.
In your case, I commend you because you endured and it all paid off in the end.
I am extremely delighted and I hope that similar situations will not arise again and the experience will only be more positive. 🙂 ☘️

It's extreme bad luck and that's why I always advise players to always leave their money in their account no matter what, because it's happened more than once that the casino takes longer to pay than necessary. Just yesterday you wrote and today when I came to this thread and saw the players who received their money I immediately thought of you.
