Same. What’s the point of giving us notice until end of May to withdraw when they haven’t even paid out anyone since well before the announcement. They may as well just close now since no one can withdraw or deposit.

If you are not owed a withdrawal ya can't even log on page just goes black with a chat bubble in corner it's only us who can still access them but I don't understand why there not paying us what have they said today ??? Anyone talk too the support that don't support

Anyone know a a computer dude who can access other computers and work on there files and drives then we will be able to send our own withdrawals

Na I haven’t spoken to them today, only sent an email to info@rocknreels.com in the arvo and still haven’t gotten a reply. I spoke to support late last night and they just kept saying the same thing that they’ve been advised by the payment team that the withdrawal has been reprocessed and we will get our money this week. That’s when I figured it’s the backend team feeding us all lies including to the customer support.

Just spoke to support and no glitch Mrs tried a few times and is unable to log in. This is what support said bottom last pic is the first one to read file filefile

That's what I like to hear annoy the shit out of em I'm on the edge of loosing it at them and then they will just delete me it's a breach of the rules hard to bite my tounge when there treating the people who provided there income like chumps

I bet ya tomorrow comes and goes and no one receives their withdrawal still, and they will just tell us to email them the pdf bank statement which will take a bit and that buys them time until 31 May.

They tried to tell me to give them a comprehensive bank statement in pdf last night but they can’t even provide me a receipt or proof that they deposited money into my account.

I think that in this case I would be inclined to do so and I would probably file a complaint. If it were to go on for longer, I think that is enough. We give the casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal, so what do you think, will you go for it ?

Hi, how long are you waiting for the money ? Have you verified your account yet ? Does the casino also give you the same answers as other players ?

Yes all of us here have been told same thing as well as a few others I'm speaking to elsewhere. My complaint is filled however have not heard back from you guys. Like other person has stated really what can you guys do there obviously not paying I've been told dates that money will be in and it just comes and goes and then they start again. The casino will shut and there gone. The weird thing is why string us along and give us false hope is there some sort of punishment if they just shut the doors where all verified all withdrawals had been processed apparently the. Reprocessed I've provided bank statements as asked. I've had multiple withdrawal for years before this happened as has everyone else too. They are liscensed to Curacao.

Yeah I sent it a while ago over a week didn't change anything just a stall tactic I tried to file a complaint with Curacao and they rejected it I couldn't excactly understand why either but sounds like they are on casinos side as that's who pays them

I was just about to file one, I don’t think rocknreels are properly licensed? One of the questions ask if there is the CEG logo on the website. I can’t find a logo on the website but think if we click no then it’s an automatic reject.
