Are you doing chargebacks for whole 4 months? I want to do chargebacks but don't know where to start and do I chargeback all my deposits or just 1? Also what reason to I pick as not listed 😕 I'm with nationwide

I did it over the phone with Barclays, ever deposit made to them, had to be done 1 at a time, took a while. I would call your bank amd ask them to either do it for you or advise what to put it in as. I believe for me it was none delivery as they took money for something that resulted in nothing. Tell them about the fake license, the domain issues I wrote about, all the reviews on here, on Trustpilot etc.

If you don't Mind me asking. How much? Just all ny deposits come to about a grand and can't see them refunding that and I worry that if they do and spins heaven refuse all the disputes then my bank take it all of me what they temporary give you then I be even more screwed 🙁

600, Spinsheaven don't have leg to stand on if they are over their withdrawal time, all the reports against them across the Internet and review sites, the fact they never reply to any emails or on livechat. The fake domain registration info. There is nothing they could say to your bank even if they replied to their emails to justify what they do.

Hi I’m in the same boat I requested a withdrawal on Saturday and still cancel button is available under withdrawal I have emailed them no reply , I’ll have to wait 21 working days before I dispute with my bank I am also with nationwide I don’t know how it will work

I spoke to live chat few days ago and said the vast majority of reviews say you don’t pay out , They tried to tell me people leaving bad reviews from competitors and I asked will I receive my withdrawal and she said if you followed the terms and conditions witch i find invasive reply

The live chat is AI, even after saying they are passing you to a real person. On their site under banking it clearly says 24-48 hours payout by bank transfer so then changing it to 7-21 days they are already breaking the terms and conditions set out by themselves. You don't even need to mention the 7-21 days to your bank as the website clearly states 24-48 hours which you can show your bank with a screenshot.

The more people who start doing merchant disputes via the bank the easier it will get as the banks share that information with each other, so when they see multiple reports the banks know it genuine.

Yes they can’t keep getting away with this it’s disgusting how they think they can con everyone and take everyone’s deposits , Do you advise i wait the 21 days before I bring issue up to my bank or I can do it now? I really can’t see me getting my withdrawal from them

Do it right away, tell your bank the site says 24-48 hours and now they are just giving you excuses and delays, that you have seen multiple reviews and forums all over the Internet that say this is what they do to everyone and never payout, that they are ignoring your emails, that if you Google the license number they use it comes back as fake and is used by multiple fake casino sites, and that if you do a whois on the domain name all the registration information is false.

Our complaint team is also able to intervene only after the 14-day time period passes in any case.

But surely feel free to submit your complaint anyway, and it will at least help to bring the casino's safety index lower if the complaint goes unresolved, as they tend not to respond to us whatsoever.

Yes I’ve just done it through internet banking messaging they have cancelled my card and had to list each card transaction I made to them

Yeah I had to do 1 at a time, they didn't cancel my card though, they just blocked any payments from going to them in the future.

Hi I’m with nationwide and have had to list mine one by one as well then on internet banking they tell you there gonna cancel card but I have also left them a message explaining everything about the site being a scam that told me they are looking into it, it was about £300 and can’t see why not

Cause was about 60 charge backs. Can't see them doing all that
