You can lodge complaint but it won't move anywhere. The casino doesn't respond to casino guro despite there good efforts.


You won't see the withdrawel . I've waited since 20th feb. They always process first one to claw you in then they scam you. All you can do is get a chargeback for the deposits you've used to win on your second withdrawel

Now you've taken your deposits back. Is your withdrawel still on your account on spins heaven? As if it is... then the casino is definitely not run by any support staff x

Hi I had to send screen shots of where they state on the site 24-48 hours withdrawal and then one of the email that says 7-21 working days i also said trust pilot reviews 99% are bad due to they don’t pay out they don’t correspond and operate under a fake domain , The email from nationwide said can take 3 days to get back to me so have to wait and see

I saw in the thread that you give a casino 14 days to process a withdrawal and if not receiced you will try to help. I have receiced one payment from them in March for £280. I currently have a pending payment for £650 since 24th March which far exceeds the 21 days. I've contactnsupported numerous times and always get the same line. Backlog being processed sent a message to relevant department, will receice an email when it changes.


I've asked to be sent or copied in to their communications but they won't due to internal policies. Could do with some support

Hello, you can lodge a complaint, but the casino does not answer us and does not try to resolve anything with us, so it will end up as unresolved, on the other hand I will get black points and the Safety index will be even lower, so if you want to warn the players at least in this way, lodge it. 

Unfortunately, in such cases it is difficult to do anything since there is no call from the casino to write us off. I don't know if you will get any money from there, but I would probably see it as a problem. 😕

Done mine Monday. As on Friday I screwed it all up and didn't send the evidence to the right email address. So day 3 tomorrow . I don't have any hopes for it. I usually feel positive about things but I don't feel positive with the charge backs . I feel I made to many chargebacks as I deposited 42 times X

To be honest im not hopeful I haven’t heard and can take a long time for chargebacks if you get it , I don’t know what evidence i can send them i screen shotted the withdrawal times they say on the site and then the withdrawal email that says 7-21 days and explained the rest i can only try but not sure atall

Chargebacks do take time but usually nationwide with give you temporary credit after few days of submitting your case if they think you have. And cause they ain't gave me temp refunds that's why I'm not hopeful and think it's all been refused but I keep you updated as I am on day 3 since I got a email to say they have received all my evidence. Sent them dozens of screen shots. Did you send them screen shot of you trying to talk to the casino and them not answering? As that helps alot x

Yep 28 of them now been temp refund. Hopefully they stay refunded. Another 13 not done yet but least got alot back so far xx

I did it online with the bank. Your best at ringing them and saying there a scam and you've just noticed they been taking more amounts then they should of and lay it all on from what we have all said on here. Tell them about trust pilot and this site . You could get your money back the same day. If not Go onto nationwide banking and go to security part and go from there
