This website is absolute garbage. I'm currently in a complaint over a month long because I placed a wager on a live table that showed on the table and where I was betting it was allowed (roulette) and it won and the bet was voided. I demonstrated this in a video and they're not willing to payout, claiming the table limit is much lower than my placed bet despite my video showing the opposite. I am also unable to withdraw funds despite not accepting any sort of sign up bonus or any other bonus because they apparently want a 10x wager to be able to withdraw funds. They want me to wager $20,000 to withdraw $1,000 lol. How is this not illegal? I would avoid them at all costs, their live chat is a complete joke and so is their email support.

What a disgraceful site, I requested 35 times for the to close this account permanently? And not once have they done this, got email telling I will lose my status and all those special bonus?

im also discussed with casino guru, who know that gambling addiction and controls should always be be part of recommendation of any site? But you still gave them 8.1 shocking very disappointing and would have expected better from you.
