Did you really get some money? I wouldn't expect that. Did you look at the posts from other players? This casino has a pretty bad safety index, and unfortunately, we can't get in touch with them. 

Anyway, I saw some posts here where someone mentioned that they got at least some money, but the withdrawals they made were low because those were the only ones that went through. I would try that maybe. 

Otherwise, I wouldn't expect any more money from this casino. What you got seems to me to be enough based on what I've seen with other players.😕

I get that, and do you know what? If anything feels wrong, you come back and report it through a free complaint. I see you tried once in the past, so you can actually do that again.

Someone is always around to help you.

Lack of communication and my withdrawal request is just stuck at ‘in progress’…

I’ll give it a few more days then chase them up again but I’m not so hopeful I’m going to receive anything.

I remember chatting with other players about this casino. It usually helped them when they had a smaller withdrawal amount. I don’t know how many times they received their money, but I have some concerns regarding the safety rating of this casino.

However, as Radka mentioned, it’s still possible to file a complaint, and even if the casino doesn’t respond, that could lower the safety rating.

So, you can try filing this complaint, or you can wait a little longer if you want. I don't think I can offer any more advice than that.

If that doesn't work either, then try requesting a smaller withdrawal, as I mentioned. But even that isn't a guarantee that you'll get the money.

I cannot make a complain on here as the casino I used ‘spinscastle237’ isn’t on the list and therefore won’t let me raise the complaint.


can someone assist please as I don’t think I’m going to have much luck receiving my winnings.

To be honest, I'm pretty surprised—and also glad—that you got everything. I remember chatting with the players not too long ago, and no one knew how to make a withdrawal except the first one, and it was a small amount. If you got a little over 1k, that's great.
