have you thought about the casino's withdrawal limits? Because to me, it seems the manager told you that you need to increase your VIP status in order to withdraw higher amounts at once. I guess I would be very surprised to hear you need to increase your VIP status to be able to withdraw at all.
Maybe we can think something up if you share precise details you have been told so far. Can you do that, please? Let's try to understand the context, I'd say.

From what I understand from the agent, you need to deposit 3 times to be able to withdraw. That doesn't mean you have to get to some VIP level. If you want to withdraw without commission then you need VIP level. That's the difference.
But still, it is a good question how big those 3 deposits had to be to be able to withdraw. If even the smallest one was enough then it wouldn't be so bad and on the other hand I find it quite enough for a player to deposit 3 times in order to withdraw money. It's not normal.
How is your withdrawal at the moment please?

I'd say this is not completely unusual, as the printscreen says it may neither be a sort of exchange rate conpensation nor something similar. However, I did not spot an account closure. Has your account been closed meanwhile? In any case, I would certainly contact the casino to find out all the answers.

This doesn't look like Stake at all, are you sure you are using the right site? Stake withdrawal history does not look like that at all both in desktop and mobile view, what you are seeing there might be a phishing site. There is no such clause in Stake and Stake does not increase your VIP level with deposits, it only increases with wagering, plus 1000 USD deposit to top up VIP level is unrealistic, considering the level I'm near from requires gambling 1 million bucks (platinum 3), do not deposit to that site and inform the real Stake about it
