I waited from 3/12/2023 to 16/12/2023 to withdraw my money but could not. I contacted their license provider antillephone and the casino mentioned that i did not make the right process to withdraw . They also mentioned that i did not enter an IBAN, but i was trying to withdraw to my mastercard , why would I input an IBAN?! In the entire process of trying to withdraw i did not see any place where i should put the IBAN. That’s why i want a video shot to show antiellephone that no IBAN is required and they purposely ignored my withdrawals for 2 weeks. If i get this video, license provider might refund me the money

The casino permanently closed my account so i cannot do the video shot by myself.

Well, I think if you lost your money and now you're going to try to prove the truth, it's going to be tough. Especially with this license. When you didn't see any IBAN there, did you communicate with the casino what they are talking about ? You always have to be patient and ask if there are any issues and of course some alternative if you couldn't withdraw with your card. 

Also, when you file a complaint, it is best not to do anything with the money because if it turns out like this, it is impossible to help. 😕

Worst casino I ever played. Everything is ok untill you win something and it comes to withdrawals. They have 99 excuses to keep waste your time and not to pay. "Payment is made wait 3 days" "Oops, payment provider error, we will contact them" Contacting for X days. Im waiting for 5 withdrawals 10 days yet, and still same story. They are a scam, support manager is tragic

Anyone knows a way to sue them legally or by court? They scammed me with $3,000 and as a Palestinian , this amount would completely change my life.

Hi, I see you've been waiting for the withdrawals for a while. However, I'm sorry if you keep getting another reason why you don't have the money yet, because it's definitely not nice and it shouldn't be like this. Have you already verified your account here or did the casino not need any documents from you ?

I waited 2 weeks and they kept saying "nothing wrong and withdrawal should be fine"! At that moment i knew that they were no hope of getting my winnings , so i gambled them and lost .

What they asked lately after days of withdrawal atempts, is bank statement to prove that I did not get the money. I gave them, and now they said that they are contacting their payment provider, to know what went wrong from their side. I keep getting asked to wait. No other documents asked, I have my account verified a month ago or so.

When i were loosing, and got some minor winnings, withdrawal seemed to work good.

After few winning sessions, problems started.

Yes, I feel that some casinos are prone to this kind of thing and I'm quite sorry about that. But let's not get ahead of ourselves and the fact that they will investigate it is good news. 

Unfortunately, apart from waiting, there is nothing more we can do now, so hopefully it will be over soon and they will tell you where the problem is.

Muito bom para todos. Há quase 9 meses que espero pela resolução de uma reclamação contra o casino Tsars. Enviei toda a documentação necessária, enviei dezenas de emails, mas o chat online do site dos Czares apenas me diz repetidamente que lamentam a espera e que vão falar com o departamento de gestão para agilizar o processo, o que claro, isso não acontece. Tentei informar portais como o Askgamblers sobre esta situação, mas eles se recusaram a me ajudar, confiando que receberei uma resposta em breve. Na verdade, é o mesmo problema para o qual pedi ajuda. O problema da Antillephone NV é que nunca, em mais de dois anos que venho tentando reclamar desse tipo de atividade, recebi uma resposta deles (e pelo que li neste fórum não sou o único quem fez isso acontecer). Independentemente da minha reclamação, o facto de me fazerem esperar 9 meses por uma resposta é totalmente inaceitável. E o pior de tudo é o desamparo dos usuários, que não encontram respostas de nenhuma das autoridades reguladoras de jogos em Curaçao. Só quero entrar em contato com o Tsar e fazer com que eles se comprometam a me dar uma resposta.

Sorry to tell you this but tsars casino are the biggest scam in history holding the worst license ever. They withheld my winnings of 3,000$ for over a month saying that they cannot find any suitable withdrawal option for my country. I contacted askgamblers and casinoguru , but they refused to help me since i got frustrated after a month and lost the money. I also contacted antiellphone but they never helped . I think we need to take legal actions against them
