Yes, thank you I get your point. The main concern here is really not just about me. It is to inform that a casino is taking deposits knowing they can not pay for an indefinite amount of time. Cliffs:

  • Day 4 of Yakuza.bet's "Maintenance"
  • Asked for an update on my pending withdraw status as well as missing rake back reimbursement after not being able to get in touch with them yesterday.
  • Acknowledges that the casino is unable to make payments while under maintenance
  • Can not give an specific time frame on when the maintenance will be complete
  • Confirmed that information provided 2 days ago that delays in withdraw only applies to those with pending withdraws prior to the maintenance is no longer valid and will happen to new depositors as well.
  • Acknowledges that players are now able to deposit without being able to withdraw winnings from site and does not believe there is anything wrong with allowing deposits while uncertain of when their cash out ability will resume.
  • They believe a site without the ability to pay players is a functioning site with no issues.
  • They believe they can accept deposits without properly informing players in advance at the deposit page or a site announcement that the delays on payment will be indefinite if they win on the site.


These are all serious warning signs before a site goes rogue and I truly hope they will pay everyone their winnings and not take advantage of this situation any further by allowing deposits knowing they can not pay,

The casino finally suspended operation . This is not a complaint. I actually think they made the right move and respect them for doing the right thing because it would be a lot worse if they continued operations knowing they are unable to pay .

I do appreciate and respect the fact the casino shut down to prevent players from further depositing into something they won't be able to receive winnings in the near future. However, as ambiguous as this maintenance was to start with the announcement and email sent does not mention anything further in regards to our winnings or funds held by the casino. So we are supposed to just wait indefinitely? This seem to be a Dama white label casino under their license. Do they have a rep here with casino.guru to give further insights when one of their casinos shuts down like this? Since they are basically licensed under Dama, they aren't gonna be willing to stand behind a casino that's about to be rogued without doing anything to recover player's fund tarnishing their reputation too right? In my case, I've never been stagnant. I think I was able to withdraw in about an hour at the most. Maybe it's because it's a better match.

For me this casino was so-so.

The only problem is the handling of bonus money and the fact that the tournament prizes(oct-nov 2024) are gone.
