Hello .can anyone using this site with positive result please help . I made a deposit via Visa over 2 hours ago that is still not showing . After my first deposit was immediate this is causing me concern . I have contacted support and not too helpful I feel ... has anyone else had to wait and how long ?

Am not sure what happened tbh . I did win a small amount but played it as I am not fully verified yet and I am limiting what I spend but I will update experience but tbh the fact they seem to be willing to resolve and communicate is 1 positive . Havnt seen too much negative yet

I no longer play at this casino due to me asking them to close my account down, as at the time i felt like i was gambling too much. Thankfully, their customer support team closed my account down right away, they did this in a very professional manner. Also when i did place bets on this casino, i have to admit, i found it great, the games were fun, the roullett was my favorite, and the payments for withdrawals were super fast! This was a few months ago now, but i felt like they deserve a positive review from me and so others can see this is a safe and secure casino to gamble at.

Hi so, I've been waiting for my withdrawal

of £4,020. Was told that the bank card I supplied did not work. I explained that you can't pay money onto a credit or debit card in the UK. The payment must be an International bank transfer. Lucas told me to try a second card, I told him it won't work and we are wasting time, but I tried it and it didn't work. Then lucas disappeared and said I should get my money at some point. Not heard back. Anna on chat tells me to speak to lucas, I email him and he ignores me. So I send a wattsapp message to the phone number

Listed on the website for affiliates and showed that person all that's been going on. They said management will sort it out. Now that person is ignoring me. I was told about a week ago I was 17 in the queue then 5 days ago I was next. Of course heard nothing.

sorry to hear that mate, just to put your mind at rest, from my experience when i gambled with them, they are 100% safe and trustworthy, the customer support are a bit slow sometimes at responses, but we have to expect this, as they are not based in the UK. i like yourself, had the exact same issue, the withdrawal cant be sent back to the debit card, and it has to be directly via a bank transfer, but thats where i had the same issues as you, the company i was banking with at the time (chase UK) would not allow international payments to be sent to my debit card, which was a headache, but thankfully i had another bank account with hsbc which did accept international payments and i had two seperate withdrawals, one of them was done within 48 hours (but it was the weekend) so i expected it to be slow like that, the other one was sent within around 6 hours. they will 100% pay you your winnings, just make sure you are fully verified, also try to use a bank that accepts international payments from abroad. sadly again i always face some sort of issues like you, mostly because we always run the risk when we are british based and play on casinos in other parts of the world, but they are defently legit, just slow sometimes and deal with a lot of customers, and as they seem to be a fairly small casino, i dont think they have the man-power to deal with all these customers at once or in a fast time-frame. here is a list of banks that accept international payments, so the money should not be an issue then reaching you. I've emailed them across my international bank details for HSBC, how did you the financial department to pay out?, all I kept hearing from Lucas was soon, soon, soon. Did you deal with Lucas? file

no problem, i actually cant remember about lucas, i mostly dealt with that michael guy, he was a bit strange sometimes, although again, some of that could be a language barrier thing, but for sure they can talk to you in a rude way sometimes. when i ever asked about payment withdrawal times, i mostly got a message saying "we pay out our customers one by one, so its a waiting list, and you are (5th) in the que, so its like a queing system, but as i stated above, payments for me were fairly quick, once i resolved my banking issue. Yes thats good, hsbc will work perfectly, now they have your details, i should think you will receive the money within 24 hours as its a weekday. not only email but you should also send them all this banking information through their live chat support on the site.

I gave them the international banking details 7 days ago and still waiting. Also sent my bank details to the chat 7 days ago and also to their two email address 7 days ago.

How did you managed to cash out, did you leave your balance in the Wallet and they transfered it from there manually by international bank transfer?

oh really? thats a pretty long time then! you dont have to tell me but, just curious, is this a large sum of money your trying to withdraw? if so...im not that surprised, like most of these casinos, they always hate paying out bit sums dont they, they tend to drag their heels a little, but you will get the funds at some point, thats for sure, they are fully licensed and have a good reputation so far, which im sure they want to keep a good record of. yes basically thats how it should work, they can do it manually with the banking details you provided and just manually withdraw it from their end from your account balance. yes, lets see, it will be interesting to see how many days this takes, keep that in mind when your about to give them an honest review on here!
