Yes, feedback is always important, but I know that Nick is not slacking off and he has enough to do and he tries to get to every player whose complaint he is dealing with as quickly as possible. 

However, I see that the casino has responded to the complaint, so now it will probably be your turn to deliver the document that is still a problem. I hope you can get it sorted out. Good luck. ☘️

I'm an admin on the forum, so if he needs help he can evaluate it himself. The timer in the right corner of your complaint indicates how long a person has to respond. It's always a week, and our team always tries to make it quicker. I don't think I have anything more to add. 

Anyway, I have noticed that some things have moved forward in the complaint and I will believe that eventually this saga will be resolved. Let me know when there is something new.

file Thought i'd leave this here for future players to see...Always odd when the third party AI anti fraud system completely verifies you, then when you request a full withdrawal and your account closed they suddenly decide to unverify you.....

I have a feeling it's all going round and round and it's about the same thing. You still can't verify ? 

Anyway, our team is still investigating and will certainly provide an answer on this situation. I'm curious to see how this will be resolved because I thought it wouldn't be too hard to figure out, but it looks like I was wrong. If you have any news please don't hesitate to let us know.

Your experience will surely help other players if they decide whether to play at this casino. Or I would say that they can at least consider them. 

I noticed that the ball is now in the casino's court and we will wait for their response. 

Anyway, as far as not logging into your account is concerned, that's fine just so you don't lose your money. 

We'll see where it goes from here and what the casino's response will be. Please let us know.

The casino has had my skrill document for the last 6 days. They told me it would be verified within 48 hours. UNsurprisingly that has not happened.


But they did find time to flag another review of mine on trustpilot.


Pity they can't just delete this thread.

The way I see it, the greatest battle is/was about POA. Honestly, I'll leave others to form their own opinions on this.

I look forward to seeing some resume, though I do not think refusing POA because of Skrill is a good way to go. The way I see it, you'd like this case to be solved, so I suggest cooperation.

For the rest, you still have Trustpilot, as you seem fond of mentioning. 🙏

I havent refused the POA. I sent one, it was verified, then unverified when i asked for my full account balance and account to be closed. I then supplied another one which was rejected.

They requested my 30 day skrill transactions and told me these would be verified in 48 hours. I supplied these 7 days ago now....Why would i supply anything else until they actually come good on one thing they've said and verify or not verify my skrill.

I am not refusing anything. Once I receive an answer on my skrill document (also uploaded on CG) I will supply my next proof of address....The third one.

I was told the skrill screenshot would be verified in 48 hours, 7 days ago.

I am happy to upload my third POA once i have received feedback on my skrill screenshot. You have already confirmed this has been sent to the verification department, why has it not been checked?

Also what is your registered business address?

Fact check - 'You uploaded the same POA twice, which is why the 2nd one was also rejected' - lie - I uploaded two poa's, you verified the first one, then when i requested my full balance and account closed you unverified it and requested a new poa. i supplied a new poa and you rejected this with no explanation.

I noticed that the screnshot from Skrill is fine, or at least it looks like it in the complaint, since the casino said it needs a POA. 

Anyway, I'm curious how it will all turn out in the end because I have a feeling it's a never-ending story that keeps going on and on about the same thing. If you have any news, please let us know and it would certainly be good to work with the casino as much as possible to get everything resolved promptly.

They have not confirmed the screenshot has been approved by their verification. Bear in mind their verification team approved and then unverified my last proof of address.

I have my bank statement to send, but am not doing this until I get feedback on my skrill document they requested. I was told it would take 48 hours. It has now been 8 days....

If I recall correctly, there are also other details the casino claims associated with what you just mentioned.

Like, for example:

"We responded to your email with your Skrill attachments on Nov 7th. Please would you upload or email your POA"

"Please would you upload the POA so we can proceed? We are waiting for all documents to be sent."

"No. Once I recive confirmation my skrill document has been verified I will proceed."

In my eyes, it is not that simple, and because of that, I find it quite difficult to reflect on the situation here. 🤷‍♂️

Yet, cooperation is always the best way to solve any problem. We may consider the consequences once this dispute is settled. I'm just saying it is best to proceed further.

I have had no feedback on my skrill screenshot. Please look at my complaint (if you can).

If they had feedback on if it had been verified or rejected they would post it there. They are refusing.

I can send them my bank statement once I receive feedback on the document they told me would be reviewed in 48 hours. It's been 9 days now. Im not giving anything else personal until they come good on one thing they've stated they would do.

FACT CHECK - Primebetz use a third part AI software for ID and proof of address verification, I passed this. It was only when I requested my full balance and account closed that suddenly my proof of address was retroactively unverified and they requested another proof of address and my skrill screenshot.

(It's difficult to trust any 'company' with my personal documents that does the above and is refusing to reveal their registered business address...AND keeps flagging all my trustpilot reviews of them claiming they are untrue).

Well, I can see that this case is still going to be quite complicated because the casino asks you for one thing and you ask for something else. 

Anyway, I think the best thing would be to cooperate, as Radka said, but I won't force you to do anything. I would be happy if it could all be resolved quickly, but I can't imagine it without cooperation. Ultimately, the decision is yours.

I don't think you have to jump to conclusions before something happens. Let's see if your other documents will be in order and I firmly believe that you will be able to verify without any problems. Be sure to keep us updated on how it goes and if you have been successful.
