Can anyone help. Did anyone receive any payouts. Been waiting over a week. 1st lot of withdrawals got rejected.

Messaged them today again and received this reply. On my account it's still saying under review but been told its been approved. Doubt I'll get a payment going off all the other comments. Thanks

Hello, I imagine this uncertainty is challenging. This casino is not very trustworthy based on its Safety Index; however, it does not mean that no one has ever been paid out. In my opinion, it would be best to wait for further outcomes.

There is still a chance that the withdrawal has truly been approved and processed.

However, I understand those concerns; perhaps someone else will step in and share their experience.

Hi MissB, did you have any luck with this. Im in a similar situation - make sure you take screen shots of all your deposits and withdrawals as I see from other posts they can close your account with no warning.

I made a deposit and won 1500, it took forever to get kyc and then the withdrawals were in review for a week - I guess they hoped that I will cancel them and lose my money.


After a week my account was deleted due to breach of TOS, which I didn't. No explanation has been provided and what terms I broke was not provided.

I currently have substantial withdrawals pending with Gambiva since 4 March. After requesting the withdrawals, the casino asked me to complete full KYC verification, which I have now done.

The KYC team has confirmed that my account is fully verified, however the withdrawals remain pending. Given the number of recent reports regarding withdrawal issues, I wanted to ask what you would recommend as the best course of action at this stage.

Hello,i want to say that i deposit 220 Euro,and with my last 20 euro i manage to win 250 euro and submit a withdraw,my account is fully verified and everything is okay,i submit my withdraw on 02.03.26 today is 06.03.26 i contact them via chat,they say will take up to 36 to 48 hours,and on chat they only message me be patience it will take some time,be patience.......They are playing with me!Don't want to give me my withdraw its been 120+ hours and they keep talking to me wait it will take some time?!? First they give a timeframe that they don't respect after the same reply every day!This is awful from the casino !!!!
