Yeah, we know about that. Your complaint is still open, and as far as I can see, Kristina just informed you about the 14-day rule.

I imagine this is not very convenient, but we just need to be certain the casino has had enough time to deal with the matter before the Complaint Team steps in.

Try to hold on, please. Perhaps someone from the casino will finally find a way to resolve it sooner. 🤞🤞

Based on your previous posts though, I would be a bit hesitant.

Hi,

i sent them an email on 20th May asking why my withdrawal had returned to my account, they never responded. I think this has been over 14 days.

This is not the way a casino should behave, I would say, and ignore the players. When you got your money back to your casino account, did you re-enter your withdrawal ? 

Anyway, our team will try to help you as best as they can, hopefully it will turn out well. 

If you have anything new, don't hesitate to let us know in the complaints section and here on the forum.

I know and also not knowing the payment provider means I have no idea that it will bounce again which it might and given no alternatives to withdraw money. I tried to withdraw again, you can also only withdraw 1000nz dollars a day so once again I’m back in that queue.


I withdrew a 1000 dollars again on Monday and it’s sitting as a status of in review, after this it goes to their payment provider and will probably take a week and then reject and show up again.

I firmly believe that such a situation will not happen again. It is always good when the casino itself gives some reason why this happened, because sometimes the problem may not be on their side, but it is certainly not best to ignore the player. 

Now we will just have to be patient and wait and see what happens. 

Anyway, did you use the same payment method for the withdrawal as in the previous attempt ? 

If this situation continues, our team will step in and try to help. Hopefully, we'll succeed and you'll get your money. 🙂

thanks Jaro, still no response through email, I’ve read multiple forums saying they never responded to emails.


I have withdrawn using 3 different methods now to try each one and see if any get approved

Okay, so it's not the best approach to the players but obviously we're not going to change that. I've been looking at the complaints about this casino and it's had a few, but they managed to resolve something similar to what you're dealing with just a couple of days ago, and thus the player said he got his money. 

So I firmly believe that with the delay, you will get it too. If not the complaint is open and we will be here to try to help.

when would it be possible for your help, my issue is that I’m worried it is just going to bounce again whenever it has cleared from rtbet and then declines, I have no one to ask why it declined or be able to speak to anyone because they don’t answer. 20th May was the date I emailed them.

I understand that reassurance would certainly be appropriate in this case, and ignoring it only worsens the wait. From what I've seen, the complaint timer is still on for 1 day and then you'll get a question asking if you still haven't received the money. If that is the case, then you will get a specialist who will contact the casino and try to get to the bottom of everything and of course invite the casino to explain what is going on. 

So you'll have to be patient for a while and I believe it will be sorted out. 😉

I would like to add that they are operating with fake games ( lowest RTP probably there is out there) and they operating without license.

Their agents don't know what they are saying on Live chat and they are taking payments without the authenticaiton.

The delay withdrawal requests mentioned above are just add-on for what is this Casino doing.

They are definetely frauds and they should not be operating.

As for the fake games, they will check that as well and see what they find.

When you talk about agents on live chat, what do you mean they don't know what they are talking about, what did you discuss with them ?

Yeah this is such a disgrace of a casino, the live chat seem to only be able to help in the smallest possible way and can’t actually help at all due to not having access to most areas of the business. Still no reply after Sunday and funds still sitting in my account.
