So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. How u managed to get refund from Elegro? Always they are telling me to contact bank

Elgro didn't issue them....velobet issued them using elegros payment processor. My complaint is still on going as they have refunded 3 separate times shows their acknowledgement of wrongdoing. They just keep sending generic emails they send everyone but keep pushing and sending emails daily!!


Elegro emailed me and said velobet asked for their feedback regarding refunds and after the first refund velobet issued I received 2 more on two separate days after elegro gave feedback.

I'm not sure about the rules around gambling in Greece but I could try and help. See velobet shouldn't have used Elegro/Niko Technologies OU for UK customers as they are not FCA authorised to do so amongst more things and Elegro also state on their website they do not serve customers in the UK

I think it's the same as cybgahabeu and other clones. I couldn't find contact information or the entity (gemcebr), so I filed a chargeback with my bank. It's still pending until the end of this week. I'll let you know.
