Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. @Romi @Admin …Can I open a formal complaint against a crypto casino that allowed my 17-year-old son to create an account using only an email address, without providing his full name, date of birth, or completing any KYC or age verification?


The casino allowed him to purchase cryptocurrency using my credit card, deposit funds, and withdraw more than €1,000 without verifying his identity or age.


I have contacted the casino and requested a refund of the losses, but they have ignored my request.
