Para começar, o atendimento ao cliente é inexistente, sinceramente, acho que eles nunca resolveram um problema em tempo hábil, tentaram me roubar, o saque muda de tempos em tempos e, quando você acha que eles melhoram, eles não melhoram e mentem para você, tentam enganá-lo em seus bônus, então, AVISEM as pessoas - eu diria que eles estão à beira de serem fraudulentos e, para piorar, o atendimento ao cliente pode ser incrivelmente rude, respondendo a um script por meio de respostas prontas, sem nenhuma consideração sobre qual é o problema real que você tem, uma pena, a oferta de apostas esportivas é muito ruim, no sistema eles têm uma seção de saque que nunca funcionou, partidas de futebol alemãs limitadas, nenhuma partida norueguesa e quando você pergunta, eles apenas dizem que a culpa é do provedor (aleluia), você não é o provedor? Vamos lá, se acalme!!
Where to begin, customer service is non existent, I honestly don't think they have ever resolved an issue in a timely manner, they have attempted to steal from me, the withdrawal changes from time to time and just when you think they improve, they don't, and lie to you, they attempt to cheat you on their bonuses so people BE WARNED - I would say they are on the brink of being fraudulent, and just to top it off the customer service can be so incredibly rude answering to a script through canned responses without any consideration to what the actual issue you have is, such a shame, Sportsbook offering is very poor, in the system they have a cash out section which never worked, limited German football matches, no Norwegian matches at all and when you ask they just say it's the providers fault ( hallelujah ) are you not the provider?? Come on shape up!!
