It's been more than 4days since I putted withdrawal request and it's still in pending status.

Money reaching to my e wallet is secondary thing

They are deliberately delaying in approval without any reason.


The VIP MANAGER keeps saying it will be processed soon and don't give a clear answer why they are not accepted my withdrawal request

Not sure whether you saw the other players situation but the casino completely failed to pay him out a large portion of money. I expect this casino's review to be much worse tomorrow due to the aforementioned situation, by the way.

In light of all of that, I perfectly understand you are not very convinced either.

Normally I would empathize to be patient, but after the recent events, I'm not sure what to think.

That casino is closed (was closed by MGA Authority)for a while and is not from they're sisters casinos .

They only accused me but without any proofs .

I all so have an issue withdrawals . put in a request for 3 withdrawals totaling to maximum payout allowed per day. on Saturday 05-04-2025. The 3 withdrawals are still pending and just being told to wait.

I still have a balance on the casino account which I was hoping to withdraw in the future. But at the moment seems unlikely that any withdrawals will be processed.

shame really as in the the past I have had no issues withdrawing from this site.

Even after my complaint was closed as unresolved and the casino's index dropped significantly, they still refuse to pay me the €27,000 in real balance that is rightfully mine.


This casino is a disgrace. They rely on unfair rules and unclear terms and conditions, all seemingly designed to target players who win significant amounts. Despite my account being fully verified, they simply blocked me and confiscated my funds without any valid justification.
