To the license:

It does not work like this - if you copy the link, the chain is broken and you will only see "bad URL" or something similar. The link itself already consists of the validator, so the only thing you have to do, is visit the casino, find the validator, and click on its seal.

As far as we know, that casino is not licensed at all there is no seal with the validator to be found:
