Hi Jaroslav,

I allready send everything in the first complaint and it was rejected by Casino guru with an explanation that I should follow Terms and conditions of the casino and there is nothing to do.


Today is almost 1 month from the start of the problem, no reponse from casino or anjouangaming licence provider (so that you know, they only forward the complaint to the casino and do nothing if you send them complaint using they website).


I know, I will never see my money again, I am just here to warn other players not to use this casino, they are many other better options like Stake, Rainbet, Rocketplay and others, where the logic is in place and they do not steal your money and hide under some T&C rule that make no sense in my case where I made money from my crypto and willing to provide everything needed so they can verify the legality of using the credit card 3 months ago.


The winning was just to big from so little and ofcourse casino will take advantage on casinos mentioned before, I had no such problem ever.

I saw that the main problem and reason why it was rejected is that you deposited from your wife's card. All I can say is that this is the use of a third-party payment method, which is prohibited in casinos. 

I would definitely avoid depositing with another card or method than yours at any casino. 

Casinos would probably confiscate everything everywhere. 

Take it as a lesson and I believe you won't repeat it in the future so that nothing like this happens again.

I totaly agree with you, but like I said, they waived that clause when they allow me to use the card for deposit and withdrawal and that was months ago, they should verify that then and not now when I am having a winings that came from my crypto - this is stealing - I did not receive not even deposit back, how can this be legal?

And if that was the rules that are here for good of everybody, why they dont verify if everything is legal and if I can use the card or no? Why are they hiding and not answering? That is the problem I see, that we cannot trust the casinos, they are here when you want to spend money, support is available only when you want to deposit, soon after not anymore, this are not the problems that exist on Stake, Roobet, Rainbet and so on....

The next problem are "licence providers" - shell companies I believe that do not even reply to your complaint, so the best for everybody is to play at casinos that are legit - BillyBets its not. When communication with some service is not in place you can see who is the problem.

I also spoke with my lawyer who after a study came to the conclusion that in EU that is illegal, all terms in EU market needs to be fair within mediation and the case where this happen and they use predatory practices it is not. I will wait until 1.9.2025, then I will legally proceed to the EU consumer inspection.

I understand what you're saying, and it's not wrong. I agree that such things should be prevented sooner. Players should not be allowed to deposit or withdraw using such cards.

Unfortunately, these things are often only checked during verification, so the casino doesn't always detect them right away, but it would be best if such things could be prevented earlier. 

As for licenses, unfortunately, some are weak, and unfortunately, players can't do much with them. It's a shame, I would say, that this is how it sometimes works. 

But if you decide to take this to a lawyer, let me know if you manage to resolve anything.

just a regular NovaForge casino... RTP between 5-10 constantly, this and Rabidi are the ones I deposited many millions of HUF (thousands of euros) but I could never withdraw even 1 euro.. this and all NovaForge sites have a rating below 1.5 not 8.5 or above... this is one of the most overrated sites.. the deposit is fast, apart from that nothing is good.. never again these company related scam sites

Just a quick update, to this day, still no response from casino, every e-mail I send the same generic answer that my case is in "some department" and i should expect feedback shortly. This is one month or more now.

Did you finally decide to resolve this with a lawyer, as you mentioned earlier, or are you still attempting to resolve it yourself? 

Waiting a month for a response is not normal, and I think everyone can form their own opinion about this. 🙁

After consulting with a lawyer, I was advised that under the EU Consumer Protection Guidelines, every business relationship must be fair towards the consumer, regardless of what is written in the casino’s Terms & Conditions.


This means that even if the operator refers to certain clauses in their T&C, they still have a legal obligation to treat the player fairly and proportionally. Confiscating the entire balance when the player is fully authorized to use the payment method (with 3D Secure confirmation and explicit authorization) goes against these principles.


Based on this legal opinion, I believe my case should be reviewed not only under the casino’s internal rules but also in light of EU consumer protection law, which has higher priority than internal T&C.

So I believe that if your lawyer told you something like that, you should continue down this path. Unfortunately, we don't deal with legal matters as we are not lawyers.

But if it can be resolved this way, then at least you know you have a chance.

Olá, registrei-me recentemente, mais ou menos uma semana, e já fiz € 1200 e nos últimos 3 dias, incluindo hoje, tenho feito saques por 3 dias consecutivos porque eles só permitem fazer no máximo € 500, então fiz 3 saques de € 500, € 500 e € 200, bem, para ir direto ao ponto, hoje descobri que minha data de nascimento estava errada, o ano estava correto, mas o dia e o mês estavam errados, enviei um e-mail informando e dando meu documento de identidade! Para que eles não alterem, por precaução, já que existem muitos golpes por aí... eles têm a desculpa perfeita, mas sempre respondem da mesma forma tanto por chat quanto por e-mail, às vezes parecem robôs... o fato é que os 4-5 dias úteis para o processo de verificação ainda não passaram... mas ainda cheira mal, muito mal mesmo... alguém pode me dizer algo ou algo parecido aconteceu com eles? Yes, it is always something with them. Probably you wont see any of your money like I did not. When I send them all the proof of my statements and was nothing else for them to say, they reply and change they statement that my account was suspended because of "duplicate accounts". I never in my life had account with them.

When we sort the problems we had with credit card and everything I wrote in this forum earlier, then I just receive e-mail that my account was suspended because of "duplicate accounts", after that they stopped responding to e-mails, they respond to the chat but they are robots there 🙂. They stole my deposit and my 10k€ profits.
