I deposited only cryptocurrency and never used a bonus and your company felt that they didn’t want to pay me out , so they asked for verification documents found out that I’m from the United States and then closed my account. And kept 460,000 JPY. You should be so proud of yourselves!

So, you entered that you lived in Australia, and you claim you used to, but you have no documentation to support that? If you lived there for 3 years, isn't there any documentation you have that can support that? 🙂 If so there wouldn't be an issue.


Don't get me wrong, happy to re-consider your case if you can prove that you were living in Australia when you created the account. You have nothing?


Edit: you also had an older account before this one which was closed because we found out you were in the US. So this means you opened a new account, whilst you were in the US and has been playing here since...

But any way your company can weasel its way out of paying someone who legitimately won and who had been a loyal customer for 6 years! That’s how you roll! I at one time sung praises about this company who all of a sudden wanted verification for not even my biggest withdrawal, . I told many pro that they coul trust you and that you didn’t ask for verification and that they had nothing to worry about! Well I hope everyone here in America gets the message that their withdrawal from your casino isn’t guaranteed and that even though you keep our deposits you can choose to keep our withdrawals tooo at your own discretion!

I have nothing here in the USA, to verify my account which had been active and opened for 6 years. So keep my money! Or donate it to "casino gurus" to help others who get screwed over by the big casinos such as yourself

You have violated my trust in your company by using "verification " as a tool and a license to steal. I have other more legitimate places to gamble at that always pay me out . Any casino that uses VERIFICATION as a weapon will never get another penny of my money!

I mean, you had an old account here which was closed because you were in the US and we don't accept US players. Then you open a new account after that. To be absolutely honest, I don¨'t think that's our fault. Don't intend to be mean here, but if you're told you're not allowed to do something, and you do it again, I don't think that's our fault now.

Then you claim to have been in Australia for 3 years, but cannot provide anything. VISA, passport stamp, utility bill, drivers license, anything, from those 3 years you were there. You'll have to forgive me, but that's a bit odd. Anyone who lives in a country for 3 years have at least a passport stamp in their passport to prove it.

I gave you a fair chance here to turnover the decision by just providing a shred of evidence, but yeah, I don't think I can do much more I'm afraid if you can't produce anything to support your story.

Whatever man! The facts are this. I was a loyal customer for a long time and one day when you guys wanted to be greedy you decided to keep my withdrawal and close my account! Simple fact is that it’s all about the money!! Had I not tried to make a withdrawal, you would have kept on taking my deposits until I made a big withdrawal. So let’s be honest here. You are using the verification crap to take my money from me . It’s cool . Blame it on your policy! But you know what you are doing is morally wrong!
