I was lucky on bitstars. I had won almost AU$9000 from depositing AU$200 with a 300% bonus looking back I probably could’ve won without the bonus so I’m thinking it may be better just to play with my own money and keep my bets lower until I start getting some wins. BitStarz Confiscated My $15,000 Winnings – Unfair and Dishonest!
I am in complete shock after playing at BitStarz. I won over $15,000 fair and square, but from the very beginning, the casino had no intention of paying me. First, they requested identity verification, which I passed. Then, they claimed I accessed the casino from an IP where others had played and used bonuses. Later, they changed their reason again, saying I broke their rules by placing "wrong" bets.
However, my winnings were from bets below their stated limit! Despite this, they refused to pay me even a partial amount. This is an absolute scam. They took my winnings and made up excuses to avoid paying. I strongly advise against playing here—this casino is completely unfair!

It happened to me as well for four thousand. They made me jump through hoops to verify. This wasn’t good enough that isn’t right. They had no intention of paying. As soon as I was verified they just left my initial deposit. When the money was just sitting there they were reminding me it was there telling me to play so I would give it all back. Then when I tried to withdraw and you know the rest. They said I went over the betting limit but I had to wager 16000 dollars in a couple of days I don’t think it would have been possible. That’s why they have the bet limit so it’s harder to wager. I don’t use there bonus’s any more it’s not worth it. There is so many rules if they don’t want to pay you they will find something you have done wrong.
Yeah, unfortunately, if a player bets over the maximum bet, which is stated in the terms of the bonus many times, it is taken as a violation, and in most cases we can't do anything about it.

As far as I can tell from your message it must be a case of betting above the 5 dollar limit with bonus money, and I'm truly sorry it resulted in a confiscation. I know this might be of little consolation to you but we're trying to work out a mechanism that prevents players from betting over the limit so this won't be an issue. But again, I know what isn't of much help 🙁

It’s all good lesson learnt I’ve stopped using bonuses now. Ive been playing more live tables and actually I did take a bonus for live that I had never seen so I gave it a go for got I was on a bonus and was playing $100 plus per spin on roulette lol and then remembered. I went to support and told them I would like to forfeit the bonus and he said he had no way of checking and just to cancel it from my end which I did. The bonus was 10% of your deposit and if you wagered $500 that day you received another $200 the following day. I ended up winning 4000 and I’m waiting for that pending so I’m not sure what’s gonna happen.
