Is it normal to write a complaint mail to Delorocasino and check in now and then and ask on live support if they recieved my email ( multiples! Many emails! ) and their answer is they have a large workload. This is the answer I get for 1.5 month now 😅. 0 reply on my emails.
I would not recommend this casino because of the lack of support.
