Hi Jaro. Your colleagues rejected my complaint due to me placing two 100 $ sports bets. You dont proccess complaints which involved sportsbetting, even though I deposited about 7000 $ worth of btc and 6800 $ of the bets were on live casino, but I cant have a proper complaint at your site due to these two 100 $ sportbets. Heybets are smart and realised they could pivot their issue with me from wagering to accsuing me of "sportsbetting fraud". I didnt know one could do any fraud with two losing 100$ sportsbets. I would love to make a complaint which involved the facts of this case.

Yes I saw that it was closed because of the sports betting. If you have any problems with casino games, you know you can file a complaint and our team will try to help you. If sports betting is involved, we are unfortunately not able to resolve such cases.

They are probably busy as they handle many complaints of several casino brands that holds license with them. Give them some time before sending another mail.

I think what Orde0 means is that it sounds unfair if a small part of his bets have been placed in sports betting resulting in a complaint rejection if the main part of his money went to casino games. Casino Guru should process a complaint I believe if mainly casino games are involved, even if a small part has been used for sports betting.

I have also sent this following letter to Gaming Curacao before a week and still no answer.

Such a decision is solely the domain of the Complaint Team.

The complaint holder decides whether the case is up to their expertise. I understand your point, but in this case, there is nothing we can do since the issue is associated specifically with those little sports betting bets, if you catch my meaning.

I believe my situastion have changed. Heybets have given delay after delay regarding the verfication. The situation in the complaint with casino.guru is a non-issue in my comunication with heybets. The only comunocations is that they need more time for verification. Could I file a new complaint regarding heybets.io time usage? I have waited 5 months since the "your acconut is fully verified". 98 % of my play was at the casino. If this is not a case for casino.guru, then what is?

Hello all, now Heybets started to use fake users review))


Please dear Casino.Guru Team look at all complaints. My complaint is lasting for almos 4 months. They are doing it all intentionally, it is so obvious. They do not answer in live chat for months intentionally. Complaint will nevet be closed as "unresolved" since they wait for 2 week and then answer " oh sorry we did not receive any documents, can you resend it please" and then they disappear for 2 week.

player's rating is kept separately from the safety index. Don't you worry. From time to time, casinos try to improve their ratings by sending promotions as a reward for reviews.

But it won't help them.

I feel I don't have to say that, but if you ever encounter any kind of promotion focused on reviewing casinos on Casino Guru or any other similar sites, it would be great to show it. I'd say a decent site should take some action to prevent biased user reviews.

I am missing what you mean Radka. Why should I be treat like any other customer at heybets or other casino sites? My play is standard at heybets, even though I am accused of otherwise. My emails with heybets are proof of that. Sportsbetting is a non-issue in our communication. When I made the complaint they threw the 200 $ sportsbetting as a smokescreen for not having to deal with the complaint through you. It worked and is working.

Can the Complaints Team close the complaint of DutchGambler as unresolved? So this will give some black points to drop the casinos score.


It was already noticed that Heybets is responding as late as possible just before seeing a complaint being closed unresolved, but currently the casino remain on that behavior and it might be time for Casino Guru to have a look into this as the pending complaints are only being delayed by the casino as they do not quite cooperate in resolving matters.



My case is still pending with the Licensor and so far still no news 🙁
