Honestly, I’ve never come across the exact same "jackpot-breaking" error happening across several casinos. If something like that shows up in different places, it usually points back to the same game or provider, not separate casinos all failing in the same way. Visual glitches or mismatched game IDs are much more common than multiple independent jackpot errors.
