Saw many old bad comments here for Locowin. I was not a client 2 years ago but since I am customer I am enjoying a lot at this Casino. Its new in France and an amazing addition to all the others. Regarding the withdrawals poblem that some mention. Are you still facing any problems?

I think it is probably not so bad, given the overall Safety Index score (browse right here), yet there is one thing that I see as very unfortunate... this casino has decided to ignore player's complaints:
"No Reaction Policy for complaints:
This casino refuses to assist in resolving any players’ complaints. All of our previous attempts to establish any cooperation were overlooked. Therefore, the majority of newly submitted complaints are marked as unresolved and have a negative impact on the casino’s rating."
It is not a wise choice, if you ask me.
Also, the user rating is mixed; therefore, I'm assuming there is a solid space for improvement.

they took 3000 euro from me and then after they added wanted dead or a wild game to the forbidden to play with bonus money, i took the 100% deposit bonus but i were still on my own money when i made the bet, this site is just a scam site be careful

Yes i shouldn’t even have played with that bonus, I deposited 150 and took the 100% bonus, i read the rules about max bet and everything, they should just disable the games that people shouldn’t play with bonus money like all other casinos do, but this way they can make up excuses to take any wins they don’t want to pay out, won over 5000 euro when I still gambled with "my" half of the money and then I couldn’t cancel the bonus so I continued playing for a couple of hours and finally ended up with 3-4000 then I waited for a couple of weeks because they needed to see every document, web page, deposit method and so on and then finally I got an answer that they confiscated all my money due to breaching the "allowed games" and suddenly the added wanted dead or alive ( where I made my biggest win ) to the list of not allowed games. I feel like an idiot believing this was a serious site, and I had booked a family vacation with the kids for spring break and promised a fun week for them.. wrote to their license holder but no answer from them yet

I played on hacksaw games, pragmatic and no limit mostly, but I scrolled through some different games. A casino should disable those games that have jackpots or shouldn’t be allowed for people to play on if they are using bonus money, not adding new games to the list just so that they doesn’t need to pay out your money. This is one of the worst scam casinos I have encountered and I really wouldn’t recommend anyone playing here, you have the same chance of winning if you are throwing your money out from a bridge

I had it once I was playing with a bonus and had 1 spin on King Kong cash didn't even win and they confiscate my winnings. I don't take bonuses any more even x30 is too much. Plus the max amount getting rule. The only time I will take a bonus is if it's a no deposit or 1x wager. Sorry for you if they don't payout

Yes they added the game that i won big on after when i wanted to redraw my money, i did not see that game there when i read the rules from the beginning. But i think that they should disable the games that shouldnt be available to play if you have accepted a bonus instead of just doing like this. I played on a site called spintime and they did the same and took 2000 euro from me, he showed me a list of all games that you should not play when having a bonus after that i had wagered and were done with the bonus, that time i didnt read before i started to play but still feels like i were totally scammed, if you should have to read their list of games that shouldnt be played with bonus money there are almost no games left to play, this is just easy money for them so if people manage to wager the bonus you still dont get any money..

After this incident i am only more careful and i will never play with deposit bonuses again, during the time i were trying to wager the money i won ( from my own deposit, of the first half of the 300 euro ) i lost 100 euro on moon princess ( guess it were on their list as well ) also so they claim that i have played on two slots that were "forbidden" i dont know if it is even worth trying to complain, i wrote to their license holder as well but i have not received any answer and this company doesnt seem to care about any complaints at all and just wont give me back my money.
