While I understand you feel wronged , being abusive here will get you absolutely nowhere. State clearly, what the problem is exactly , then maybe somebody will be willing to look into this matter , if however you keep behaving like a 5 year old having a tantrum , nobody will give you any credence, respect or time of day .

My 40 days are going away. He came and begged and cried for such an incomprehensible, faceless and sick animal for only 50 dollars that I deposited and he took it, but he didn't do it, he didn't give me a refund. He said 40 days later, 60 days later, he doesn't understand at all, he's lost himself like a rabid dog. People have tampered with a really poor quality casino with the lowest facilities. God is not the only one who issues judgments and decisions on his own. It's as if the central bank of Switzerland has been handed over to this thief and he doesn't know what to eat. I lost my defenseless life in the casinos, but I can't bear this 50 dollars taken from me like this by this shameless scoundrel.

So let me get this straight, you deposited 50 dollars , it didn't reflect in your casino account , is that correct ? Do you have proof of this , like perhaps if you did an eft it will show on your banking app .

This thread of comments is getting ridicolous, there's numerous explanations that it's the payment provider who asks for those amount of days to refund the money, its not in the hands of the casino.

And I agree, offensive and rude behaviour is not going to give you any positive attention at all.

Awesome you even have it in writing from them , soo perhaps give them a wee bit of time to sort out this problem . I get what you are saying and why you are clearly upset over this . I'm not an authority on casino's or what process is followed in these cases but since the provider had the decency to respond and it's been handed over to another ,maybe cut them some slack on this . Hope you get your payback . Cheers
