I checked this! They supposedly took my money based on the bonus! They lied to me that this bonus is only 5 times the bonus money paid at the end! and when I asked them show me where this is mentioned they didn't answer me and told me in paragraph 18.1 in the terms and conditions while there was no such thing that's why I sent you the screenshots I went in 100 times to see if they mentioned such a thing and there was none anywhere they are liars and scammers just like you don't want to help otherwise the problem would have already been solved and I would have had my money back too!

I can also show you and screenshot that it doesn't say it in the paragraph they sent me, that's how much of a lie it is. Why should I play and follow a page like yours when you can't do anything? What is this gurucasino after all when it doesn't help the people who play?

So this is what I found where it is mentioned. Did you buy the bonus in a shop like mentioned here? It seems to me that you must have some coins to buy or exchange the bonus, because with a normal deposit bonus I wouldn't expect the maximum cashout to be that small.
Please explain this to me and I would also ask you to stick to what I am asking, there is no need to judge us right away. If we didn't want to help you and weren't trying to, I probably wouldn't have written to you here and we would have rejected your complaint immediately.
