So, they asked for more documents (skrill account and new pictures of my card) front and back visible, i sent them asap.


When i ask in chat all they say is ''its not my department but ill lt them know) its the same reply everytime.


They dont reply to email and now it has been 5 days since i requested the payout through skrill. Wont advice anyone to play here

These documents have now been requested ? If so, the casino will first have to verify and accept them in order to receive the money. 

However, I can certainly understand how you feel when you get the same answer over and over again and they don't answer your emails at all. I think what will be needed is to hold out and see how the whole situation develops. If the casino keeps repeating the same thing over and over again and nothing gets resolved, then I would suggest you open a complaint where our team will try to help you.

Although I hope it will not be necessary and you will get your money.

Same problem for me it seems. I'm verified - requested a withdrawal and it's been pending since 10 December - Chat can't tell me why or how long I need to wait. It's significant money so I can't let it go. Having been scammed before I am very careful and only play casino's recommended by sites like this. It seems some people do get paid out so I will hope for the best.

Hi, I'm sorry you haven't received your money yet, but we give casinos 14 days to resolve withdrawals. 

Regarding the chat, they didn't even tell you why it's taking 10 days, just that they don't know when you'll get it ? I understand that casinos have it tougher this holiday season so there may be reasons why withdrawals are slower at the moment.

Eles são muito lentos, entre outras coisas em um e-mail me pediram para verificar os cartões pedindo para mostrar os 6 primeiros e os 4 últimos dígitos dos cartões e escurecendo o restante, dois dias depois me enviaram outro e-mail especificando que eu tinha para sair da data de validade. Tudo muito lento. Espero que agora desbloqueiem a situação, já que tinham tudo.

Fiz uma soliticaçao de saque no valor de 3.200€ e depois de 2 dias o meu saque deu como cancelado. Venho entrando em contato via chat para saber o porque de ter sido cancelado mas eles não sabem me informar. Mandei todos os documentos para verificaçao da conta mas eles também não sabem informar se minha conta ja foi verificada. Eu sei que dois dias é pouco mas não é essa a questão e sim a falta de esclarecimentos. Eles também não respondem email. Hi, I think you're thinking quite well. Two days isn't that long yet so I wouldn't be skeptical right away. It's also good that you have sent the documents for verification because only when you have successfully completed it, you will be allowed to withdraw. So I would assume that once the casino completes all the checks, it should let you know if you have been successfully verified and then you should withdraw.
