played another £500 and won 1.7k, played it down to £1.5k and it’s also been accepted. I think if you speak to their team politely they’re really useful, I had a few minor issues when withdrawing my first win, they made me verify docs twice, and change my password, but now that that’s out the way they’re allowing me to play and withdraw as I please and it’s rapid, can’t fault them

I am so pleased for you - I did get all of my deposits refunded and they were never discourteous. However, the refund didn’t come from them as such, it came from another company, it’s all very bizarre. None of it makes sense- I would say be grateful for the wins, keep them and run 😂 obviously joking but it definitely won’t last 😉- good luck and thanks for your kind comment

on the initial withdrawal, they asked for documents like ID, bank statement etc, then rejected them and asked for something more specific (passport ID), then rejected my withdrawal again and asked me to change my password as it could be a data security issue, and then they allowed me to withdraw.


on the 2nd withdrawal they haven’t asked for anything, about 20 hours after I requested the withdrawal it moved to success and it appeared in my bank about 4 hours after they approved it.

Sure, so classic things were asked, but I'm glad you didn't have any problems, because you had to change your password. 

As far as the withdrawal is concerned, I would say it's a reasonable time, even a quick one. Not every player is so lucky. But since everything worked out well for you, I'm happy too. Can I ask you one more thing, what method did you use for the withdrawal ?

Noticed the decent review from casino guru on here so deposited £500 and played the slots. Only the Betnet and play go games loaded. Hmm I lost the £500 in about 40 mins at £2 per spin. Deposited another £1000 and played at £4 spins. Lost the lot in about 30 mins. It seems each time I learn of a new decent casino through CASINO GURU it’s corrupt as hell. Never ever bonuses, no 3 symbols ever Aligning and wins tiny and few and far between. Thank you CASINO GURU you have ONCE AGAIN alerted me to a casino I’d never ever heard of, gave it a good review then I lost EVERYTHING IN RECORD TIME. I myself would give VELOBET 1/10 and say it’s corruption at its very finest.

I am honestly astounded at the amount of money these casinos are scooping up.

I wrote to Velobet and interestingly the email communication that ensued were from the third party ‘Company’ not Velobet.

I actually got all my deposits reversed and have since written to them several times to ask WHY they paid me back …. NO RESPONSE….. (I think we can safely fathom the reason ourselves!)

It seems for a small number of successful challenges there are an unprecedented number of unsuccessful challenges!

My advice would be to ‘read the negative reviews’ generally, these are likely to be real experiences!

Read the positive ones too, if you think it will help, but keep in mind:

  • if it sounds too good to be true
  • compare it to a poor review 😉

Hi, the casino does not have a good score according to my opinion - 6.3 below average. Nevertheless, I would like to point out that the casino always has the edge over the player in a long run and most of the time it happens that everything loses there. 


However, you are also describing only that you lost in the casino and nothing else. You don't describe any other experiences, so if you came across something, it would certainly be appropriate to write it. As I said, the casino always has an advantage over the player, so if the problem is just that you lost money, it would probably be best to stop playing.

According to what you described here and in your complaint, I'm not sure why you would want to get your money back. But let's see where our team gets to and if you have any evidence that there was a mistake on the casino's side.

I’d never even heard of this casino until YOU GAVE IT AN ABOVE AVERAGE SCORE. I’ve now looked around the internet and found many damming reviews and red flags to be aware of from other reviewer and customers of this casino.

I think Jaro referred to this part of your complaint:

I also do not fully understand why you believe you should be refunded. The way I see it, you want your deposits back because you lost them.

With all due respect, such a situation has nothing to do with the safety index of any casino.

Is there perhaps anything else you have not yet mentioned in the complaint?
