They said the same for me. Nikotpf is them payment processor. But they are not helping at all.
That's why I want to press the payment processor, but the website doesn't accept orders (I think it never did) and report it to every possible office

So it seems FOS is very floored in it's cases in my experience and I really don't know how anyone has won with them. 🤔
I have had one case gamble block on MCC misrepresentation.
Then I've had another another case no block on MCC misrepresentation.
One case had ruled against me because I didn't have said block on and other case ruled against me because I did have the block on and the bank have no way to determin it was or was not gambling so why is it ok in both situations to me its contradictory on the rulings it's hardy a fair outcome in light of this.
