After making the minimum verification deposit, unfortunately on a weekend, I received my BtC winnings two days later on Tuesday, 5/3/2023. I had to send an email to banking and payments, never received a confirmation email or congratulations on your winnings email, but received a notification from my BTC wallet and funds were there! They will pay, but have patients.

NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE THUS FAR! 

Please note: I am an avid player of many online casinos, both new and established.  I am a loyal depositor of highly rated casinos, and unfortunately, I learned the hard way of which casinos to avoid. I am always willing to give a casino the chance to prove its worth, but I am also not shy of alerting other potential players of casinos to avoid it as a result of my experience. (I have a copy of the last email I sent BonusBlitz that outlines my entire ordeal that I am more than willing to share if requested). I hope this review/post is helpful to those contemplating whether or not to support BonusBlitz and open an account.  HERE WE GO: 

Signup and No-Deposit Bonus: Creating an account is a standard and rather easy process.  Personal and correct legal information (name, address, d.o.b, etc.) is required. I claimed a $100 no-deposit bonus with max cash out of $100 from a reputable website. At this point, there were no problems to point out, but generally, this is the easiest point of all casinos. It is stated in the T&C that a "single successful deposit" to withdraw from a no-deposit bonus, and if it's a "New Signup Bonus" no-deposit free chip a "verification deposit" must be made. THE MINIMUM AMOUNT NEEDED FOR THE VERIFICATION DEPOSIT DOES NOT ACCOMPANY THESE STATEMENTS.

THE BELOW INFORMATION IS WHERE MY OPINION BEGAN AND RATING STARTED FOR BONUSBLITZ.

Verification Process- From the second I submitted a withdrawal request and received a BonusBlitz email rejection stating I needed to send in documents, to the moment I received the email stating my account was FINALLY verified, it took 6 days (144 hours), well over their stated 72 hours. I received an email stating they have a right to extend this, which could take "several business days". This was NOT an easy process like most highly rated casinos.  Although the documents requested consisted solely of my valid identification card and selfie, over 9 emails were sent during the 6-day time frame requesting an account update.  Not one email was received during this time from BonusBlitz confirming they had, at a minimum, received my documents.  I sent my documents in every email to their support team and banking team.  Last night, I sent them one last lengthy email before I would revert to filing a dispute. I was then and currently not happy about sending my personal information via email on more than one occasion and not receiving some form of acknowledgment it was received.  My identity then becomes at risk, but this does not seem to be an issue or concern for BonusBlitz. No apology was ever received from BonusBlitz, even after I sent an email stating my concerns.

Account Verification Notification- It wasn't until after my last and lengthy email to BonusBlitz last night that I awoke today to an email from Banking stating my account has been verified.  Great news right? Well, yes to some extent.  The email ALSO informed me of a $10 verification deposit that was mandatory before making a withdrawal that had to be made within 3 days of my account being verified or my winnings would be void.  I'm not in dispute of this standard requirement, because I was aware of a verification deposit in the T&C.  I am overly frustrated at the fact that in every generic email response, I received over 6 days, when an email reply was received, NOT ONCE was this mentioned, nor was the required minimum amount to deposit mentioned.  BonusBlitz made sure to mention the procedure of withdrawal from non-deposit bonus and standard deposit but failed to mention this detail until the very last second. 

Communication- At the convenience of BonusBlitz, players have no method of contacting support or gaining assistance from BonusBlitz other than sending an email.  If it is something urgent, you are at the mercy of BonusBlitz and can only hope they reply.  If they do reply, cross your fingers that it is not an auto-reply, repetitive, or email containing irrelevant information that disregards your reason for needing assistance. LIVE CHAT support is NOT AVAILABLE, nor do they have a phone number to contact.

NOTE: At the time of this post,  I have not made the verification deposit.  I am waiting on a reply from BonusBlitz with answers to questions I posed regarding information that was withheld until they found it necessary to release.

Today was the final straw for giving wildcasino.ag and their sister site (superslots.ag) a chance to prove me wrong.

I am ONLY giving wildcasino.ag 2 stars and not 0 stars because I have actually made a couple withdrawals, highest and only decent one being roughly $200 USD, for a deposit close to $40 USD. I did not use any deposit codes when I made my deposits because the wager requirements are outrageous as well as players being restricted to a select few slots while playing with a bonus.

Now, here is my reason for finally throwing in the towel at both of these casinos. Some form of loyalty or VIP program is displayed on their website, mushed with a bunch of eye catching words to make a new player have hopes of feeling appreciated. From a repeat depositors point of view, I can factually state that this "program" does not exist. If it does exist, then I have been either outright delirious in my thinking, or I am just a single outcast and the only player who was issued bottom barrel crumbs as appreciation.

Over the past 1-1.5 years of depositing at wildcasino.ag, I have ONLY received 2 separate emails, each containing under 20 free spins on a pre-selected slot.

The first email showing any form of loyalty was received about 6 months ago. The second and ONLY second loyalty enriched email I have received from wildcasino.ag was today…dropped out of the sky. Don’t get excited, because here comes the kicker.

I clicked on the link in the email that directed me to my player account, at which time the pre-selected slot, Legend of Azteca, appeared with a whopping 10 free spins….really???!?!

Not only was I insulted by the number of spins, I won absolutely ZERO money on any of the spins.
Zero, zilch, notta, nothing…not even a single USD penny.

I sure wish I would have had a place like Casino Guru to put my trust into before putting my trust and money into the numerous casinos I have tried and tested over the past couple of years.

I am in complete agreement with the argument being "well, then don’t play unless you expect to lose because you should know the odds are not in the favor of the players".
On the other hand, I strongly disagree with any business that consistently shows a high level of disregard for their main means of financial support. There has to be a balance between give and take, whether it be money and/or respect.
I wasn’t surprised when I read the last couple pages of reviews prior to posting this one.

When I am a paying passenger on your ship, you can’t wait until the last minute to throw me a life jacket when your ship is rapidly sinking. By then, it is too late. ✌️✌️✌️

Wow! If you want to lose your money and rarely, if ever, receive loyalty bonuses then this is the perfect place to play! Over the past 1-1.5 years, I have deposited at this casino well over 30 times, casino: superslots.ag, because I was a fan of their sister site, wildcasino.ag (I will post a review on this casino following this review.)

I’m not a player with expectations to become a millionaire every single time I make a deposit. I play for leisure, and I am always happy if I break even or double my money. I am very UNHAPPY when I make multiple deposits over a lengthy time period and NEVER make a withdrawal. Not even a withdrawal matching my deposits.

Superslots.ag sent me an email approximately 6 months ago that stated I had 25 free spins on a specific slot. This was after numerous deposits. When I clicked on the "Play Now" link, I was rightfully directed to my player account, BUT the spins weren’t in my account nor were they available in the specific game.

I attempted to reach out to support on the same day they sent the email containing the spins, but to no avail. Today was the first day I received any communication from the casino or casino bot in close to 6 months.

Yabby is one of my "go-to" casinos when I want to give all other providers a break and try my luck at RealTimeGaming slots.

BSpin.io is a favorable casino with a fair and responsive customer support staff. Don’t expect anything free from live chat, but you can count on receiving what is rightfully yours.

If I could give Planet7Casino 0 stars I would. When visiting casino affiliate websites, I can not for the life of me figure out how this casino is at the top of some of their list with it being "best in bonus", "good rating", etc. I get the whole "affiliate" thing, but Planet7Casino could not pay me enough to put them at the top of anything with my name or affiliation attached to it.

BIG fan of MBit…definite fave of mine. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not five is because the layout needs to be updated and made a bit more simplex. More categorized list would be a lot better. This used to be my "go-to", but lately things have started to change. Their rewards program was great, players never lost rank, and the rewards were compatible to deposits. 20, 30, or even 50 free spins on games from 6 years ago, or games just completely terrible, at .20 cents a spin???? I used a no deposit code and fulfilled the terms and conditions. I sent in ALL my verification documents 3+ times via the email address stated on their website. It has been over 2 months, and I have NOT received a response, an email, a notification, NOTHING. The chat button on their website is non-functional, which completely gives them all the advantage of not having to respond to players who are wishing to collect a payout. UNREAL!
