Hoje é quinta-feira de manhã e o status ainda está pendente. Eles me dão as mesmas respostas autodepreciativas. Todos os dias escrevo para equipe de suporte, chat online, equipe de reclamação e todos falam que a equipe financeira precisa de tempo para aprovar o pedido. Eles só querem atrasar o processo para que eu não jogue o dinheiro fora! Eu já tive isso antes. Mas não de novo! Apenas inaceitável, muito cuidado com quem joga lá

Ενώ χρησιμοποιώ το καζίνο εδώ και 3 μήνες και ποτε δεν είχα κάποιο σοβαρό πρόβλημα με τις αναλήψεις, πρόσφατα κέρδισα ένα μεγάλο ποσό πάνω από 10Κ € και το καζίνο δεν μου εγκρίνει την ανάληψη μου , από τη Δευτέρα το πρωί έχω κάνει withdrawal request. Σήμερα είναι Πέμπτη πρωί και ακόμα το status εκκρεμεί. Μου δίνουν τις ίδιες αυτοατοποιημένες απαντήσεις. Κάθε μέρα τους γράφω σε support team , online chat, complaint team και όλοι λένε ότι το financial team θέλει χρόνο να εγκρίνει το αίτημα. Θέλουν απλά να καθυστερησουν τη διαδικασία μήπως παίξω τα χρήματα! Το χω πάθει στο παρελθόν. Όχι ξανα όμως! Απλά απαράδεκτοι, να είστε πολύ προσεκτικοί όσοι παίζετε εκεί
