This is my first account with online casino- to be fair I did make a couple of errors upon registration- sorted that - won a very lucky amount - wouldn’t payout due to verification- have given them more identification than I needed to with extra supporting documents. It’s been three weeks - no response and winnings are still just sitting there. What are some reasons they do not respond?
I’m not sure how to respond but very greatful casino rewards for the prompt reply. Would you have a kind of round about turn around time? Maybe an automated response while skeleton crew is on so you don’t get swamped with frustrated players lol Thanks again - merry Xmas & a happy new year.

Hi Mark - I can see some documents were requested that you sent on 20th. I can't see them as I am not part of the verification department, however since it is the holidays there are skeleton staff so it will take a little longer for the right team to look over them. If the documents are the right ones that were asked for, your withdrawal should be processed with the following batch of withdrawals. Unfortunately the timing on top of the documents required has delayed this so you can only wait now.

Edit: I would *guess* sometime next week.
