I found it very confusing and the support staff weren't kind in helping me work it out as crypto is new too me and I was told I forfeited my money then I didn't, generalised info until I said can u pls actually check my account not give me the lines from the sites rules. Very frustrating and now over a 30 min wait to even see funds in my account. I feel less confident and won't be going back
