At first I was concerned that I was not going to get paid my winnings because I kept getting different answers from chat support as to why the withdrawal was held up (it was past the quoted 72 hour max turnaround time when I started pestering chat). It finally took me getting to an agent who was willing to break script and inform me that there was KYC documents that needed to be filled out on a special tab in my user profile. Once those were filled out I was paid within 24 hours, in full.
I'd love to see CyrptoLeo more clearly highlight the KYC requirement during the first withdrawal.
