ello, , all good comments i cannot agree and i think much of these positive ratings coming from Betsomnia himself.... in real serious trustworthy rooms you dont need permanent service, bc they cash out hasslefree fast for full verified/vip players ,
bt Betsomnia is the opposite in my case !

i am full verified and since 1, 5 weeks their "great service" told me 21 times impudent lies or different things in case of my initiated Wire Transfer/Bank Transfer of 494 Euro....

1. they sent me an e-mail , that the withdraw is complete and confirmed and that the money is on the way (impudent lie ) and i hve the proof for the things i tell you now, bc i have saved all e-mails and live chats with Betsomnia

2. after a few days i asked for my withdraw and then it starts, you cannot imagine how they lie and kid me permanentt:

- first they said , that the reason is that the bank provider of my homebank is responsible for the delay (impudent lie, i asked my homebank) - and why you can deposit still within seconds with the same bank provider ?

- next day - next excuse: may be the delay is bc of weekend- lol- you can deposit within seconds with same provider - the next lie

- then they said, that the withdraw cannot be done bc my house number is not filled in ! loooollll ---- another lie, bc i brought the proof with my already verified docs , that my private house number is correct (beside fact you dont need for Wire Transfers house number of the recipient lol you only need IBAN, SWift/Bic code and name of account holder...)

bt ok , i send again , then they said , it was only a misunderstanding and that all is fine with my withdraw.... sure ...lol....

- already i wait so long then they said , that i will get my money next hours- loolll (again it was a lie)

- then they said begin of this week (lie)

today they say: you will get your funds middle or end of this week looolll--- sure....

so it goes on and on every day

- then they say, that the finance is "hard working" bt has so much work .... sure....

another abstruse excuse to delay , or lets say better to avoid a valid legal cash out


my homebank told me , that any sender worldwide can send funds with the method Wire Transfer within a few SECONDS !!!! at any time

so: if Betsomnia dont "push the button" "send funds" - my bank told me, then they simply dont want it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


3. come on all and wake up !!

Betsomnia cannot find a few seconds to do this easy work within 1,5 weeks ?????


4. i ve learned , that the "good service" is hold on it seems to lie and tell simply bullshit all days

EVERY DAY THEY FIND AND CREATE NEW EXCUSES TO DELAY/AVOID THE CASH OUT


they even have not start the process of the withdraw (this is easy to view in transaction history), although they confirmed it with e-mail !!!!


IN MY CASE Betsomnia work total unserious, not trustworthy and kid and annoy me all days with abstruse excuses....


avoid at all costs this room !!!!

you will never get one dollar, its seems a typic online casino "No winning allowed" "No cash out room "


if you get within 1,5 weeks 21 different informations , and simply lies ( its all proofed with the saved e-mails and live chats )
it says all , what kind of casino this is



in my eyes and my case they are professional liers , scammers and bandits, nothing else

save your time, money and nerves , dont deposit and play in this scandalous Betsomnia


they DO NOTHING FOR FULL VERIFIED PLAYERS if you request a withdraw,
they only kid you....
