It all started with the account verification process - there were problems right away.

As soon as I tried to withdraw my winnings, the "competent and responsive" Slothunter administration started asking me for absolutely any documents they could think of: proof of identity documents, various bank statements, even documents from my previous job and personal information about my relatives! They even sent me a test via email :) And then they went ahead and wrote that my account was about to be blocked and "you can't withdraw your winnings because you haven't provided the REQUIRED documents to prove you have finances" It's as if I'm some suspicious person from the street with no money.
P.S. Throughout our correspondence, I kept explaining to the administration that I used winnings from another casino to fund my account at their casino, but they just didn't get it.

I told them I had already sent enough documents to prove my identity and that I had sufficient funds both for playing at their casino and for covering my living expenses. Yet they kept asking for even more documents. What a load of nonsense...

The funniest part is that some of these documents I had already uploaded to the casino's website, but they didn't even bother to check them - that's the level of their customer service. It got absurd: they asked me to retake photos of my documents so that my elbow was visible, lol

They still haven't returned my money, citing the need for more and more documents, even forcing me to go to a bank where I'm no longer a client. Naturally, they didn't issue any statements, and Slothunter once again found an excuse not to transfer my winnings. And this is despite the fact that all the information regarding my identity, address, and finances is already in their hands!

I think Slothunter is just looking for excuses not to return my winnings, that's all. In another casino, they didn't require such documents from me, even though the winnings were significantly higher. Apparently, they're hoping that the user will give up on the situation and the money will stay with them.

If you glance at LiveRoulette, you might think that the casino doesn't raise suspicions and can be trusted. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes apparent that the main goal of the platform is not to provide players with fair gaming, but rather to attempt to deceive them at the most vulnerable moment – during fund withdrawals.

It all started on October 12, 2023, when it came time to withdraw my winnings. And mind you, I won a decent amount – 5000 euros. The casino administration responded that the transaction was being processed and would be completed within 5 working days, which didn't happen. On October 23, another email arrived, stating that the money would soon be credited to my account.

But what do we have in the end? The money never made it to my account, and they asked me again for a plethora of different documents to confirm my verification. What's ""funny"" here is that I had already provided these documents before!

But no worries, I thought, I'll pass this stage, but no such luck! This time, as they invented yet another excuse to withhold my money, the LiveRoulette administration introduced another point on the fly – now they're waiting for my verification in other casinos. What?!

In reality, my funds are currently frozen, and I can't withdraw them from the account. What is this if not fraud on the part of LiveRoulette?

However, as soon as it was time to claim my winnings, an unpleasant surprise awaited me from the casino administration: it turns out that successful verification at Betsson does not guarantee you receiving your own winnings! On the contrary, the dubious characters from the casino administration stated that in order to withdraw the money, I first need to undergo verification at CasinoEuro!

There is no doubt that this whole story was invented solely to keep the money on the casino balance for as long as possible or to prevent it from leaving altogether. After all, who knows what the next ""mandatory step"" for verifying my verification (!!!) these charlatans will take? I'm sure I'm not the only one who has encountered such a problem, so I urge you to share your gaming experience at this casino.

As for me, I'm not going to give up and throw in the towel, and ultimately the Betsson administration will either have to return my money or admit to fraud and deception of their players.

Having trusted what seemed to be a reputable casino, BetSafe, and having undergone full verification there, when attempting to withdraw my winnings, I received the most absurd excuses from the administration of the site, claiming they couldn't proceed because they were awaiting verification of my data from other casinos. And this has been ongoing since October 2, 2023, and has not been resolved to this day!

Promising the safety of my bets (literally stated in the casino's name) and guaranteed withdrawal of funds, I was simply led astray as soon as it came to withdrawing my winnings. This verification confirmation from other sources had never come up before; it was simply invented on the spot, presumably to make me lose my money while waiting for BetSafe to finally do the right thing and pay out my winnings!

I'm sure this dubious (I never thought so before!) casino has plenty more excuses up its sleeve just to avoid paying out winnings to its players. My experience with this site has been extremely negative, and to potential BetSafe players, I advise you to think twice before dealing with this slippery casino.
