This casino will not process your withdrawal. I withdrew £6,250.00 on 15/05/2024, but till date I have not received my money. I sent number of e-mails to their support team and their answer is that compliance team is dealing with it.
1. They are requesting unnecessary documents for account verification.
2. They do not process withdrawals even if you have submitted all the documents.
3. I have been advised by support team to log a complaint, but complaint department will take 8 weeks to investigate the issue.

They still reply to my e-mails, but their response is always same that compliance team is looking into it.

They will give you nothing except stress and disappointments.

I have now started legal process against them to resolve this issue as the amount they owe me is not a small amount.

STAY AWAY WITH THIS CASINO UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH LOTS OF HASSELS TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!
