This is my first time playing at this casino and I wanted to play a small amount to test their deposit and withdrawal process but it turns out to be extremely delayed.
I deposited 429 TRX and did not use any of their welcome bonus or ever claim another promotion later. I fullfilled their 3x wagering (applicable to all deposits), and my balance became 830 TRX. Then I submitted a withdrawal request.
At first, the status was 'frozen' and the next day, the status became 'approved' but no money was sent to my wallet. When I contacted their live support multiple times, they always first told me using pre-written text that they check withdrawals in a queue and I had to wait. BUT when I told them it shows as approved in my transation history, they first told me to wait 24-48 hours to get the money sent out, and now they are telling me they have a technical error with their payment system and it's unknown how much longer I need to wait for this 830 TRX about 96 USD. It has been 3 days and I am not sure what's going on their side.

I just contacted their live support agai.

This time, the agent failed to answer any of the questions I raised, but kept repeating:

"Your request is currently being handled by the relevant department. We value your patience in this matter. Once we have any new information, we will reach out to you through email."

I asked for updates, and the reason they couldn't send the withdrawal despite the transaction status is 'approved', and the specific handling they are undergoing. The agent just repeated 4 times without any useful information except that I needed to be patient, and I cannot tell what is the "handling" of the "relevant department".

The agent also could not confirm the approved status or the technical problem of payment, as their team previously mentioned, causing inconsistency in my opinion.

I wished to play here long term when I registered, but I am very disappointed by their withdrawal process and customer service.
I am really frustruated by the experience, and it signicantly underminded my confidence playing here.

It could be somewhat fortunate that this is just a deposit of value 50 USD and withdrawal of value under 100 USD, and this has alerted me.

This could be the slowest withdrawal and worst custmer service I had, given 5 years of playing across over 10 casinos. I will do all the negative reviews and complaints as I have informed the live support.
