I deposited €25 and then when this was loaded, all of the games changed and became restricted. I am a UK player. There was only one game I could access and it had a very low payout.
I complained because I just wanted my money back. I was then told that to access all games I should just use a VPN and pretend to be in Norway, I was given links for a VPN.
I asked if this would affect terms and conditions because I would be using my UK address for my personal details and then if I won using a restricted game would it affect the payout? They have advised no. Anyone can use a VPN and this won't affect the payout or terms and conditions.
They have advised this is completely legal and recommended to protect personal details.
I haven't recieved a refund and they are aware I am leaving this review.
They do not advertise this but they basically encourage people to use VPNs. I just want to make people aware.

- Quick Email Responses from Support and the team seem nice
- Restricted games for the UK, practically nothing works
- The one game I found available has an abnormally low payout
- Encouraged to use VPNs but this is at no point advised before hand
