I wonder how mych is this casino is overrated here! As an experienced gambler with thousands hours of practice in dosesns of casinos, I declare that this is one of the WORST casinos ever. They will do anything not to pay you.
I had a large review with description of behavior of this casino team work methods but it was rejected for a strange reason. I hope this time it will not be rejected - all potential clients should know does it woth to register here or not. I would be shorter this time.

My experience
I deposited 75 and choose 100% bonus, they confiscated my winnings over 1000 EU as I have exceeded maximum bet allowed by their terms and conditions (which is by the way is very very low 2EU). I have many winning bets below 2 and some over 2 up to 4. I mostly check terms before choosing bonus but this time I just check the terms when I have some bets over 2 (as all the other casinos definitely have higher limits if maximum bet I couldn't imagine that it was so low), so I were honest and informed support. Also in their terms and conditions clearly is written this "Higher than admissible rates (before full turnover), will not be taken into account." so they should just reduce amount of net winnings from the bets over 2. But they didn't bother to do that, and instead of reducing my winning amount they just confiscated my winnings with deposit. So for all to know: this casino will do anything to avoid paying you even they will not care about their OWN terms and conditions. And the fact that bidding higher I made violation lowers my chances to claim a complaint against them. I doubt nobody of third parties would review the case so accurate.
I repeat this casino is very overrated here - deserves no more than 1-2 stars. I have all reasons to say it and can prove anything I write.
Just Keep away from this "casino".

Nice experience overall. I prefer higher rates reload bonuses than they usually offer, however they have promotions every day. And I'm sure the important thing is that reload bonuses are not sticky and don't have winning limits like in some other casinos. I have won an amount much higher than reload bonus amount at my first deposit and was paid. I continue playing there, and I guess I will return to this casino from time to time.
Recommended.

I have 620$ in my balance. But when tried to withdraw they canceled withdrawal request. I contacted support they said address document is missing. They didn't accept the bank statement in English and claimed utilities bill. I told them I can provide only in Armenian as bills are not issued in other language in exact Country. First they accepted I sent them screenshots from my mobile e-wallet of utilities payments. Casino support told that they don't accept banking docs + transaction. So I claimed the bill for the natural gas and send them. Though I have declared several times that this is the only form (confirmed by state tax service system) that documents are provided in Armenia they were so... to claim an Alternate doc + translation in English. It's obvious they Avoid withdrawal. Keep away from this trash can- they will accept your payment but will do Everything to avoid pay out.

Update: they finally paid I edit my review to neutral. I had to give my utility bill to a certified translator to send translation to casino. So after a big delay they approved withdrawal.

This casino could be rated 5 stars if they had easier and faster withdrawals. But the fact- they don't have.

This is the second casino of Altacore N.V. group I played in. Very nice overall. Many providers, great promotions.
Only con - sometimes withdrawal delays. However it's a great place to gamble.

I rate this casino maximum "in advance", and hope they will start to perform the same day (at least the second day) withdrawals.

I have near a month of experience with this casino but in my opinion it wa enough to rate it maximum for now. Daily proper promotions, huge variety of games, short withdrawal period and nice support.

Would like to speak especially about support - a little episode.
I had lost a progress in a game which demand too many bets to collect. I spent 4-500 Euros in total to reach the final stage but when I made the last deposit to finalize my progress I see all the progress was lost. After a couple times of explaining to agent the matter they found out and confirmed that it was a technical issue which brought to progress loss and accepted a fair compensation for me.
So sometimes software my have issues in any casino but the most important is that the management and support give fair decisions in that matters - they do, good for clients and for casino.

I have couple weeks experience with this casino. Tempting promotions with low wager requirements. So I deposited near 300 EU and won near 700. This casino announced that it's estimate withdrawal period is 24 hours. And this message I also received when ordered withdrawal. After couple days of delay I contacted support, and they answered something like "the case was escalated to financial department". After another couple days I had to contact them again - useless this time also, they didn't give any reason, again referring to their financial department. Hey guys! I don't care about your almighty financial departments, your casino doesn't does not fulfill its obligations - that means that's not a good casino, that means that it doesn't provide good services. The first impression - that's a bad casino, not recommended by my experience.

To moderator - I can't understand how did you accept review below of Halil Gökdeniz - he did not have any experience but wrote review just refering to its "stupid" name. Even My experience with that casino was bad, however - I think this is not fair and not acceptable.


Update: they have withdrawn my money, so it would be fair to upgrade their ratings, according to my experience at least to 4 now. This casino has good promotions so maybe I will return to them.

This is not a casino but a a gang of fraudsters.
I had couple deposits 2 years ago. The second deposit -won near 200 they paid after couple days. Then again deposited and won some money. Withdrawal of near was claimed 2 years ago. Support is trained to give stupid comments about withdrawal. Agent just turned off my chat option after couple demands to perform payout. The email given by agent to contact the management doesn't exist.... Scammers 100%. Beware.

Yes, it worth to check the reviews and rating of a casino to start playing there. If I have checked it here, hardly I would start to play at that scammers.

I have registered in this casino near a week ago. And since then I have deposited and withdrawn couple thousands euros. That means I liked this place. What can we demand from a good casino: good promotions, many games, short withdrawal period, proper support. Based on my short experience - they have all of it. And my opinion any casino does not deserve maximum rating if it doesn't perform withdrawals the Same day it was requested. This guys withdraw in couple hours - that's nice for both clients and casino, as gambler returns to them much more often than they do it in couple days.
I think this guys in the right way, they provide proper quality of services.

EDIT: Sorry had to downgrade at least one point because they may deactivate your promotions without any reason. At "no promotions mode" none of casinos can have maximum rating.
