First of all, I would like to know what information you should provide. There is nothing written about it, so it doesn't seem logical to me either. Did you ask them what it would take to raise the limit?

Of course, as I said, if it can't be resolved on the forum or if you and the casino can't reach an agreement, I hope the complaint will be more relevant.

That's right, if it's in the Terms they should abide by it and not wrap it around as they see fit. Encouraging a player to play and therefore spend more just to have his limit raised is a bit too much even for me. 

However, as you said, the casino has solved enough problems together with us and I am also of the opinion that they will do it again. At least I hope so.

I think that the person who will be dealing with your complaint must be looking at everything carefully and must be taking into account everything you send.

Of course I'm the admin of the forum and I can't guarantee that it will turn out 100% in your favour. 

Anyway, no matter what, you will always get a clear explanation if we are on your side or why we would decide in favour of the casino.

Ita about casino encoruaging you to play more because on that way you would win more. They were sending me sreenshots of people winning massive money, explaining how a lot of people getting 10000€ per month etc

Yes, I understand all that, you don't have to worry about your case not being dealt with sufficiently. As I said, our expert will do everything necessary. 

So hopefully this will be sorted out soon and we'll know the verdict.

Hey, I saw that you have also opened a complaint about this problem and Tomas is taking care of it. So I hope that in your case it will be possible to help somehow. 

Nevertheless, everything is based on the fact that the casino asked you to play? Were you somehow self-excluded or not?
