I totally agree but nightmare is not the word i would choose.i put in $44 to cashout my winnings so in total i was withdrawing $144.00 i did allvthe verifications and asked for the withdraw on sept 12,2023 and still havent got anything at all and its now oct 16, 2023 and no one has answers for me and im furious. i dont have money to just throw away like that and i cqnt even get the money i deposited for the verification?! this is the worst casino i have visited!!!

Hi, I think that waiting more than a month is more than enough and in this case I don't see a better solution than to file a complaint here on this link: https://casino.guru/complaints/all

If the casino can't even give you a reason and your account is verified, there is nothing to wait for.

Guess what? After hounding and sending messages to payments department almost weekly for EIGHT MONTHS, I finally got a payment! They owed me $300, and I received $120. I guess some is better than none, but come on.....seriously? I will still advise anyone to stay away from this casino.

Hey. Finally some good news after the long wait, I admire your patience. You got some of your money, at least. My question, though, is, if you've got any explanation from the casino about the decreased figure? Or am I asking too much here? 🤔

I actually had 2 separate pending deposits; one for $100 from free spins and the other for $200 from a deposit. The $100 amount was denied due to more than one free bonus in a row. The explanation for the $80 reduction on the other was exchange rate-AUD to USD? I don't understand this reasoning, because I won a small amount last May ($45) and the entire amount was credited to my bitcoin account?? Did they short me (like I will ever see the $80). The infuriating part is that it took them THIS LONG to even look at and approve these withdrawals. I am 100% certain had I not persisted, I would never have seen ANY money! They really need to be shut down.

Hey. I can fully understand, that they denied the request for $100, especially if it is stated like that in their terms. What I don't understand is, that why would there be the exchange rate? Isn't your account in USD? Have you tried to ask the support about that, perhaps?

I totally agree that the waiting period was way too long, in this case, and I would say, that you would submit a complaint, and still, you didn't. Actually only if players submit a complaint for the specific casino, it will have a visible impact to lower the safety index of that casino. And as it goes down, and is lowered rapidly, hopefully there will be more players avoiding playing in there, and later on, the casino could even be shut down. 🤷‍♀️ Unfortunately there is no other way to do that, especially because they operate without a license.

I did file a complaint with Casino Guru. Digits 7 would not respond.

Sorry, couldn't see the complaint. You must've used another account, right? Yeah, I can see, that unfortunately there was no success in reaching the casino, therefore our team couldn't be in any more help. The complaint is actually proof that you should be more selective, I would say. So, I would like to know, if even after this experience, you feel like trying other casinos?🤔

I didn't realize I had 2 accounts here? I have tried several other casinos since. I do want you to see the response I received from Digits 7 when I questioned them regarding the shortage on my payment:

Yeah, that is why I couldn't see the complaint straight away. It sounds very confusing to me, to tell you the truth. Don't fully understand what was the casinos intention, really.🤔 Well, the only thing I can say here is, that at least you have got the payment of $120. What do you reckon? Better to move to other, safer casino, if you wish to continue playing, in my opinion.
