It's due to anti money-laundering policy. They may found some similarities in your and someone else's account. It doesn't need to mean anything, the accounts are usually flagged automatically for various reasons, but whenever this happens, they just ask for more documents in order to verify the account owner.

6 days is alright. Of course, it should be much faster in the best casinos, but I'd say if receive the money within 2 weeks, then it's alright.
