I have been waiting 6months for my withdrawal. After I think 2 months it cancels it and it goes back into your account. I have resubmitted it 3 times. I just get the same excuse through live chat. That they have checks to to and they have a high volume of withdrawals to deal with.

Hello All, this is so sad. Have you all tried or have any ideas to try and get back? The deposits must be legit and I think its unethical that casino game providers continue to allow them to use their games. Not that I play casino games.


I am just cant get my head round that there is no recourse for these crooks. Honestly, I think it is quite stupid of them, as most gamblers lose and would redeposit.


Any help would be greatly appreciated nad I suppose would help in your cases.

I wish I could say something positive, but I fear that, not just based on this thread and also according to a very low Safety Index it is not that surprising at all. 🙁

Despite the fact that I would not personally hold high hopes for the complaint process, just as the actual warning says, please update the compliant thread to press the case forward. Who knows? It might be a game changer after all.

I am sorry to hear that the suffering never ends. The others might reconsider playing in such a casino if they saw your unresolved complaint. The fact that this casino has responded to you in spite of the unanswered complaint astounds me. I would say that this is particularly tragic.

Do you recall what year it was? According to our experiences, this casino has been a pain for at least a few years already.

I have to say I agree with your thoughts, but we live in a strange world, I'd say.

Fairness has somehow become a question of perspective, and anything is possible now. At least occasionally, I experience such strong feelings.

Yes it was in September of this year and believe it or not it was within 1 or 2 days. I think they sometimes allow some withdrawls to make you deposit more...


I also think they steal your details once verified to sell to online card fraud. As I only used one card for transactions and not anywhere else. Suddenly the card details are being used for transactions in Nigeria...

But this is the point I suppose even more that they allowed a withdrawl so there is not reason why another withdrawl could not happen.

Is there any other advice to look to try and do something here. There must be a way to "follow the money" to nail these people down and get money back.
