This is the bonus terms and conditions apparently, tbh I think it's wrong considering I've put money into the casino most likely thousands of pounds with no return hardly, ever since this I've been having problems with them locking my account balance, having to verify my cards again, not been able to communicate with them properly etc.

I understand it is the terms and conditions of the bonus but it's not exactly fair play for every customer is it, so this is me standing up and raising a dispute about it to make changes to keep customers happy in the future. I'm gutted about it tbh I put over £400 in to receive that £40 cash back and turned it into over £2000 I was happy I went to cash out and this happened bringing it down to £200 so I've lossed out in the end that's not fair play at all.
