I am really hoping you guys can help me. So I was gifted 125 CAD in bonus funds, somehow I ended up reaching 35X and eventually got my total to a little over $7000. So on July 3rd I put three withdrawal requests in of $700. I still haven’t received it, and still have a lot of funds left to withdraw, this is something I am starting to worry about as I have received $600 from them before and do not remember it taking this long.


I have contacted them via live chat and email and it’s always the same answer, the financial department has a delay. I am not really sure what to do as this is not a small sum of money

There were no conditions upon withdrawal and they have assured me the financial department are processing it, but it is almost 3 weeks sense first withdrawal. All my bonus money is real balance now so it wouldn’t be anything to do with a bonus expiring.


like I said I still have $4900 to withdraw but can’t due to the 3 pending withdrawals

If I could withdraw the full amount that would 100% be preferred. The exact amount including pending withdrawals is $7975.60. I have still not received the first withdrawals. I also haven't heard from the complaint team about this situation.


I am becoming anxious as this is a lot of money to lose.
