Hello, So Quick update. After an intensive weekend and sending many documents i am now fully verified since yesterday (i am impressed they did this in 2 days ) however.. they still didnt manage to pay me out. I dont get it, i wait since the 06.10., i received a message from the finance Departement that after the verification i will get the money, so i verificated and still nothing. 🙄

Passing the KYC is undeniably good news, though I imagine you probably feel tense. Hold on. Considering all you have witnessed so far, I'd say it is frankly quite obvious this casino is not holding its agenda pretty well.
